I would recommend this book as an introduction to what keto is and what the lifestyle consist of. The material in the book is very thorough. It also includes lots of Keto recipes. I follow the keto lifestyle and I like it but it is not for everyone. Read this book and you will find out if keto is right for you.

Nice resource

I enjoyed this book very much. It has a great deal of information. I found several recipes that I like. I would have given it 5 stars if there were more recipes. There were only 16. Most of the Keto books I have read have at least double that.

I was asked to review this book.
I'm not always impressed when I'm asked to read and review a book, but this book was so informative that I had to go back in and reread a few things to make sure I got the information...I recommend this book to someone who is really committed to following this diet plan accurately and thoroughly.
