This is a very insightful and helpful book. It's about focusing on the process of success rather than the outcome. People mostly focus on the outcome and get frustrated when they don't hit it. This book analyzes in depth how to focus on the process. If you focus properly on the process, then success is the byproduct (book name drop).
I learned some new self-assessment tools here, specifically the Johari Window and Dunning-Kruger Effect. Both have transformed the way I think about things.
It's not especially well-written, though, and the grammar is slightly lacking here and there. It's a self-published book, I believe, and could have used a professional editor.
Still, if content related to success in any field or endeavor is what you are after, this is a good book to read and to digest.
