This is a study aid to guide students on what is expected for an MBA. Its is a critical and analytic piece of work with references provided. This project is for DP store in X location see Appendix 1 for company details. It will identify and explain the quality issues using tools and techniques to probe the issues. It will critically examine detailed analysis of the benefits it will provide. It will use various methods and tools to access the quality issues of its current operations management process at the shop and redesign the current process. It will outline the problems facing the current till services process using diagrams to show its management process. This report will show project management principles which will be used in this project to improve the current process and conclude with recommendations.
