What? A guide to a dozen or so government and private sector agencies for PCs and NPCs, incuding info on how to play them, what responsibilities/rights they have ("can you carry a gun, can you arrest?" being a pretty good summation of how to play DG), and what skills a character might have in different departments.
Yeah, so? There's some things here that might inspire -- like, I'm curious if you could play a horror game where everyone played a K9 unit of some sort: dogs vs. Cthulhu -- but this is pretty dry and real-worldy. I could see it being useful if creating a character from X or Y agency, but I'm not sure this is necessary.
A great collection of Organizations to use in Delta Green and even how they function and their relationship with other organizations. It gives tips on how to play a character in that organization. It easy to read and very helpful.
