It is not unusual for a church to have a “Crying Room” many churches have such a room. It’s normally to accommodate parents who bring young children to church and the child gets upset and the parent not wanting to disrupt the service brings their child to the crying room. It has also served for a person grieving for a deceased love one. During the service for the deceased they may have to excuse themselves to the crying room. However in this small Alabama town the crying room at this church serves a different function. Disobedient children many of them teenagers are taken to the crying room to cry. Why are then crying? They are crying because their bottoms are being soundly spanked with paddles, straps and mothers hairbrushes. At this church the “Crying Room” has been renamed “The Spanking Room”. Warning this book has descriptions of very severe spankings but NO SEX.
