The Devil's Corral: A Western Trio

Rate this book
"Satan Sits a Big Bronc" is set in Texas shortly before the War Between the States where the new carpetbag governor, A. J. Rhode, has organized Rhode's Riders to enforce his tax policies. Chisos Owens is offered one thousand dollars to find "Senorita Scorpion," but his reasons have nothing to do with the reward being offered. The Devil in "The Devil's Corral" is a recalcitrant horse that has refused all efforts to ride him. Devil is responsible for putting Ed Ketland in the hospital and also for Ed's newly acquired phobia of riding any horse. Available only in Wheeler Western 6.
