A good book (especially for boys), but I enjoyed it as well, because I liked the two main characters, and it had an ending I did not expect! A little spooky and mysterious, but mostly a nice picture of a boy's life in slower, lazier times.

I remember reading this one as a kid, and really enjoying it. You cannot go wrong with a Scott Corbett book.
