****Bad Boy Royals of Kingsbury Prep is loosely based on a true life prep school only for Royals.

Tossing the Black Envelope is tradition. Now Tempest Ryan has received it, anyone in school can bully her.
Make her leave.

That's the K3's decree. That's what she gets for trying to mess with us Royals.
Kingsbury Prep is a 500 year old institution.
Only those with royal blood can attend this school.
A commoner like Tempest Ryan does not belong.
We will break her, break her will, break her heart.
She will wish she never step foot into Kingsbury.
Only now, she is getting under all of our skins like an burn that can't stop itching.

***

Kingsbury Prep's K3 Royals have made it known they don't want me here.
Being at the receiving end of the notorious Black Envelope is no laughing matter.
I'd learned someone had died from it. Another nearly died but left Kingsbury just in time.

These guys are cruel. They started a war against me. Even though I am reeling from the pain, I have some secrets of my own.

Love and Hate is a fine line, especially when they all seem to hate me, but can't stop wanting me.

***BLACK ENVELOPE is reverse harem/mature high school bully romance novel. This is book two of six in the series. Contains foul language and sexual scenes; any sex featured is consensual.

Book One was so-so but was kinda a fun yet ridiculous read. Book Two was... I actually do not know what to say without sounding rude.

Less than a hundred pages and I still wanted to skip some as annoyed as I was with everything.
The crown princes and princesses are absolute trash that will create acts of war for the lousiest reasons, they are all massively disturbed and the worshiping of Tempest gets even worse: she's dumb, she's useless but still strangely the smartest in everybody else's eyes. But then again, Kingsbury Prep is a school for Royals, not for geniuses; I feel like one of the requirements to attend is a pretty low IQ.

A daily conversation with Tempest:

Him: I think I should have cereals for breakfast.
Her: You know, you probably should if you want to because this is your right to want cereals instead of toast.
Him: Oh, Tempest, you're so smart, I love you.

He did not have cereals in the end because they had sex on the breakfast table.

The end was also very confusing and very out of the blue. One more plot twist in a series of plot twists in a plotless story. I'm pretty sure it would be a lot of fun to watch, but it most definitely does not work as a book. As you might have guessed, I will not be reading the next book.

After Book #1 ended with the major cliffhanger of the evil Victoria invoking the Black Envelope, I just had to grab Book #2 of the series which was available on Kindle Unlimited. This book starts with Victoria with her army crashing the school dance and declaring the Black Envelope on Tempest which gives permission to students to basically go to town on her and kill her as she is not one of them. The last person that was Black Enveloped ended up committing suicide which was Kaz's cousin Allison whom we learned that Kaz's bandmates loved and she was their "Tempest". Victoria has also declared war on the K3 which include Kaz, Hunter, and Orion - the three most popular boys and princes in the school as all three love Tempest. As those who read Book #1 will understand is that the violence and bullying in this series are quite intense and hardcore. Can Tempest and the boys remain safe and hidden from the nastiness of Victoria? Can Tempest Ryan channel her inner Tempest Storm alter-ego and fight off the bullies who come after her? Near the end of the Black Envelope, the boys take Tempest to San Fran and I loved this part as they were embracing her culture and then wham bam we were given this major twist that leaves readers going WTF, no way it can't be. Black Envelope ends on one of the most intense and frustrating ever Cliffhangers. I now can't wait for Book #3 to hurry up and be released as I want to see how the boys will explain what just happened. If you are in the mood for an intense Bullymance and Reverse Harem series then Black Envelope by Rachel Angel is the read for you.

So freaking amazing and addicting!!

I was so excited I didnt have to wait long for this book as the first one left me needing to know what was goin to happen next. This is such an amazing series so far and I am so in love with the characters and the story line as a whole. The black envelope has been invoked and they have to be smart and prepared for anything. All 3 of her guys will do anything and everything they can to protect her. Love how strong she still is. I was so immersed in this story I actually didnt realize it was over until the last page. And oh boy what an ending it was! I desperately and anxiously need the third book now and can not wait to read it and find out whats going on! So, so good

Fantastic!

Another fantastic and intense story. Book 2 continues right where book one left off. This story had a lot more action and intrigue than the first. Tempest is still getting into danger mostly from the mean kids bullying her. There is no end to the danger she’s in. The K3’s are still completely in love with her but some big decisions need to be made soon.

What an ending! The last chapter had me completely confused and on edge. I need book 3 to know what is going to happen. Something big is coming!

This second book was a little fast paced and felt a little rushed and at times they came across as childish as opposed to the mature 18 year olds they were supposed to be. That ring said I loved the story line I loved they way it left me thinking I got where it was going just have something else come out. I still love Tempest and the K’s. Some very hot and sexy little scenes throughout.

So first I want to say after finishing the first book in this series just the other day and feeling like I had hyped it up way too much in my head and only to be disappointed in it. I wasn't sure if I was going to continue with this series or not. But since there was going to be a quick turnaround and this second book was coming out quickly and just a few days after the first. I wanted to give this series another chance...

PEOPLE DON'T DO IT..... This book is a mess just like the first one. I couldn't even read past Chapter 3.....

First of all I feel like the descriptions on these books are very Misleading. This was supposed to be a Bully/Reverse Harem/Academy series. The first book there was just a teeny tiny bit of bullying, nothing worth calling it a bullying book plus the main characters had NO part of the bullying. Though I suppose they did tell their classmates to bully her.

Now in the description of this book it say that the K3 (Hunter, Kaz & Ori) were cruel to her.... Where were they ever cruel to her. I mean maybe, possibly they could be in this book. But I just don't know because I couldn't finish it....

Now just in the first 3 chapters I felt like I was reading 15 different stories in 1..... The conversations that were going on seemed like they didn't fit in with this story and what was going on within that scene.... SPOILER ALERT all of the sudden were supposed to just believe that Hunter is in a famous Rock Band that has just hit the Top 100....

All in all this book and series just isn't working for me. And there's supposed to be like 6 books.... 6 books people in this series. I feel like the author isn't even reading over what they are writing and are just trying to throw some books together.

I barely ever DNF a book and usually if there's a book that I'm having a hard time with I usually push through.... But I just couldn't with this one and Won't be Continuing on with this series...

I'm giving this book 1 Star out of 5, just so I can leave this review....

Mindblown. Non-stop action and steamy scenes. My favorite of the K3's is still Hunter. This is unlike any bully romance I've read. All the ones currently out there follows the same plot where the bullies are the guys then they get revenged upon and falls for the girl. Here, in Tempest, and Black Envelope, you don't know where things are going. There is heavy bullying from the students at the school, which qualifies this series as a bully romance. There is also the decree from Kaz of K3 which sets all the bullying in motion. So the reviewer who says there isn't any bullying, missed something?

I've read all the bully books out there and academy books so I'm very familiar with the tropes and trends. This one breaks the mode and the author says it is intentional for this series to be different. I get and support that. That's why indie authors can create new genres and new subgenres because they can allow to be artistic and innovative.

I applaud this author for being bold enough to try something different.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I was so excited to get this after finishing the first book and now I am not even sure how I feel at this point. My mind is all over the place. This is the second book in a series and it picks up right where book one ends. I read it all in one setting because I had to know what happened next. I will tell you that I was not prepared for what came next. I am still asking myself did I really just read that? Makes me want to get my hands on the 3rd book all the more. I can't really even put into words that this book made me feel. I am not sure I have words for most f these emotions but shocked and stunned come close.

That ENDING! The brilliance continues in book 2 of this fast pace John Wick bully romance. Just when you think you know what's going on, and the clever Ms. Angel is following the ordinary common bully romance trope, WHAM BAM, you get a twist.

I am already in two book clubs discussing this book. This is a gem.

I like to think I'm fair in my reviews, that I'm unbiased and willing to give anything within romance a go.

I stand by my review of two stars for book one in this series "Tempest" so why did I read this..

Well to see if the story and the editing improved. I also hoped to feel something for the characters.

I'm dissapointed. From an editing point of view it didnt seem as bad, there were still mistakes though. Words missing, alot of repetition and unnecessary words but I could just about manage to read it.

The characters were still very zero to one hundred percent and lacked depth, which didnt appeal to me.

The storyline is my main issue with this though.

It doesn't have to be real, but it has to be believable. I have to be able to visualise it as I'm reading. See the characters, feel the truth in their actions and frankly I just didnt.

I love academy books, and I love reverse harem reads, so I'm quite sad that I couldnt find anything to love about this.

This book is not your typical Bully Book. It reads fast, and quick. The Rachel prefaces in her book that this book is a take of a few different genres, and therefor is different from a "typical" bully book that is out there. I appreciated Rachel taking the time to let the reader know exactly where she is coming from as an Author as it helped me understand more of how the book is meant to be read.

We pick up with the K3's, and Tempest getting the black envelope from the ending in book 1. This book follows their lives as they go through what all the black envelope entails. There is lots of action both physical, and sexual. The book is a steamy read, and we see more of Tempest with the guys both one on one and as a group. With six books in the series I am definitely interested to see where things go especially after that twist at the end of the book!

We start out from the ending in book one. Where Tempest and the 3k's have recieved the black envelope. The book is a steamy read, and we see more of Tempest with the guys both one on one and as a group. After the wild ride this book beings ypu on it leaves you with another crazy twist at the end of the book that brings you to want to see what happens once again. Like someone said in anothe review Rachel let's us all know this book isn't your typical bully romance and I'm greatful for that as it has explained better the route this series was taking and made me enjoy it even that much more.

They say things get worse before they get better and that is definitely the case for Tempest. So much backstabbing, Lies, changing strategies and alliances that no wonder she doesnt know who to trust? Still makes for a flaming fantastic read though. Mainly because its keeping me on my toes trying to work it all out. Not that i can and ive had some jaw-dropping moments throughout this book especially at the end. Which i didnt see coming and now Ill have to wait to see what happens next. Damn!!!

I enjoy the storyline, and it is definitely not your typical bully romance. I like that when you think you know what's going on, there's a twist in the story..

But.. the ending of this one. Whaaaaat?! That alone has me coming back for book 3. Did NOT see it coming. At all. So now it's got me thinking, and I will be re-reading to see if there is some hint I missed. I NEED to know what happens next!!

Good read

I enjoyed reading this book. Like book 1 you see Tempest's strong side brought to life more and more. The guys all show their love for tempest in many ways, even at the end of the book in a strange way. The book is full of twists and turns to keep you gripped to the story

Amazing! Ms. Angel packed a lot of action, drama, steamy scenes, and story telling into this book than books three times larger. I like reading books without the fluff just to drag out pages, and this book series gets right down with the storytelling and action. Every page is filled with plot twists and deliberate quick pacing. That ending! WOW!!!!!

Black Envelope (Bad Boy Royals of Kingsbury Prep #2)

WHAT THE HELL 😂

“Don’t you see Tempest,” Hunter leaned his forehead to mine. “If you’re at all hurt or harmed, it’ll kill me. You hold my heart in your hands, Tempest. I love you.”

I don't know where to start because it was a complete horror what I read
It wasn't scary, but it was a complete mess
First of all so short and now I doubt in my mind
If I really understood what was going on there, but it seems I'm not the only one confused

The previous book ended with a major cliffhanger and now K3 and Tempest are all in danger
Because the psycho Veronica rules this kingdom with her soldier's
And Kaz has sacrificed himself to her WHAT THE HELL
And then, the book goes absolutely in the other direction to the Rock stars,
who are Hunter's band members and they come to visit while there is some war LOL LOL
And at the end of the book, there is such a turn Major Huge cliffhanger

You remember in the previous book she fought in the underground ring?

“Miss,” he began. “You were sleeping for days. Knocked out. Unconscious.
Normally other fighters wouldn’t care about what happens to the fighter they beat up during a tournament. Well, you’re fragile-looking and a girl. I didn’t want to leave you behind in the ring.
Plus, it would be bad for my public image.” “What are you? Aren’t you a prince?” I asked

Where, then, are the princes, and was it all her dream?
And is this the Island of Arcadia still exists?😂

I am not surprised in this book very low rating,
because there is a lot of confusion, but read this story to the end
But I already want to read the third book seems like it will be powerful

Thank you!

What will Tempest and the Guys do now?

Well the Kingbury Birthday bash did not end well. Kaz accepts Veronica only to save Tempest for that night. Only that the next day is a free for all. Do not count Tempest out. This girl is freaking lethal and amazing. The guys are trying to spend as much time with her as they can. Unfortunately Kaz is acting super needy and that is strange. They go on vacation to San Francisco. So what happens now? There is more that happens in this book but I am not going to tell you. You must read this book.

There is some action and steamy nights that take place and that is all swoon worthy. So if you want a series with action, smexy times and everything else, then you need to read this.

This was an extremely quick read that left me in a what the heck kind of place.
The editing in this installment is a little better, but there are definitely still errors.
I think I thought this series would be something other than what it is. There are too many plot twists being thrown in, and I’m having a hard time following.
If a lot of things got fleshed out, from the characters to where exactly the story line was supposed to be going, then the story would have a great deal more potential. I don’t think I’ll be continuing this series.

DNF don’t even bother.

So I tried the first book out, thinking maybe things would be okay. If I thought that was hard to get through, Jesus. This is even worse. First it’s almost as if the writer is a teenager who’s first language is not English. The writing is disjointed and there are way too many grammatical errors. The plot is ridiculously convoluted. It’s almost as if you’re reading 3-4 different books in one. This is definitely not a bully romance.

TL;DR don’t bother with this “series.” It’s not worth any of your time.

Holy hotness

Not your average bully romance. Tempest is trying to survive the elite prep school and care her sister while fighting to regain her parents tech company. The kings of kingsbury prep don't truly have a clue how hard she will work and fight for what she wants. Tempest learns she is related to the orginal people of the castle Kingsbury which is now her school. But now she just has to fight off more nasty bullies and survive. K3 is supposed to protect her but that protection doesn't last. I love this series and i am not able to put it down.

OMG, could not put down. I read it in one sitting it was just so good I was hooked. IT moves along at a great pace, not too fast nor too slow, has amazing characters and a story that no matter what will not let you down.

This is a must read, there is no doubt about it. Once you are done you will be recommending this amazing book to your friends and then they will be wanting more. So add to your TBR list now, you will not be sorry.

Bully Romance

A hostile takeover at Kingsbury Prep. Veronica has issued a black envelope for Thempest and the k3. Tempest and her kings struggle to get back control. They go to San Fransisco for spring break. Then things just get weird , and at that point it ends with a cliffhanger. A major bookhangover makes me glad I didn't discover this series until all the books were out. Yes, I am binge reading this. lol Who needs sleep ,or food ,when Tempest is in trouble?

What's going on?

Ummm to say this was a great read it is pushing it... it is a great concept for what could be a great read but there are a lot of gaps in this story no story build up. This should of been the end to book 1 not make it a book 2 with only 77pages... hopefully book 3 is better

Different

This series was different from every other RH I have read so far. I found the characters unusually straightforward but well written. An plot was explosive from book one the Tempest it set such a fast pace that I glad that most books are because I don’t think I could of waited. I am on edge of my seat waiting for last book in series.
