A friend recommended this book to me in the midst of my anguish and pain to offer hope. My circumstances, and my son's, have not changed. However, my hope is renewed. Loved this book from beginning to end. I read it in record time as I felt I was reading my own story. That being said, my “Matthew” has not yet reached the point of surrender but I know he will and when I start doubting that, I know who to turn to to renew my faith and give me hope.
