This book, much like Burnette's other books in the Fast Track Ham series made for a quick electronics refresher, as well as a good way to learn additional FCC rules pertinent to general class operators. For whatever reason, I learn well following Burnette's pedagogical methods. This book does not purport to be an in-depth tome of all things electronic and radio, but it will help you pass the general class exam, likely on your first attempt.

Now on to the extra class book.

After passing my Technician in January 2021, I decided to upgrade to the General class license. Once again I got Michael's book to help me. Great help & study guide. I passed the General in March of 2021. If you want to get into ham radio, try his books! WD5HUU
