Entering a territory marred by past tragedies (including attacks by Zen the Undead King), Satou faces new challenges. He'll have to charge on through, but the obstacles are many-including monsters, brigands, and even a fortress under attack by a fierce hydra! Where will Satou's path take him in this unfamiliar land?
Things really get interesting in this volume as satou enters the fabled territory that zen the un-dead king crushed in legend, not only that there is some strange goings on in the forest that the group are travelling through currently.
The addition of the territory from the story you hear in earlier volumes is a really interesting part of the story, more information on what happened along with the aftermath of the zone is brought up as satou continues to learn more about this world.
The adaptations that I have found that I made from novels tend to skip over a lot of small details. This one I find to be extremely accurate to the source material of the novel. And of course that just makes it an excellent story.
