As a comic book creator living in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, Noelle spends her days lost in the exploits of her beloved fictional heroes. However, reality is far more daunting, and Noelle constantly struggles to keep her head above water while trying to make a name for herself in the competitive comic book industry.
Never in her wildest dreams did Noelle think that her routine would be interrupted by a real-life villain, freshly awoken from a seven-year cryosleep following a bloodthirsty rampage through the city that took the life of Noelle’s teenage brother—a fact unknown by Noelle and long since erased from the memory of Emmanuel aka “Man”.
Upon meeting Noelle, Man falls madly in love with her and is determined to banish her pure nature and bring her over to the dark side.
When it appears that she’s the only one who has any chance of taming Man, Noelle knows she has to give it her all for the sake of her fellow citizens. However, it’s easier said than done as Man’s insanity seems to run dark and deep.

My Rationalization:
This is definitely one of those supernatural fantasy paranormal hood read that will keep you turning the pages to see what was coming next. All of the main characters from Noelle, Man, Brandon, Beverly, to Snow were some real complexed people where each one will have you shaking your head and wondering why or what the heck? Was Man having a change of heart as he tells all to Noelle? Well, to get it all you will have to pick up "His Love Made Me Do It" to find out what has gone down. There was certainly more than one villain in this story and I guess we will have to wait and get the second part to get the rest of the story. Yes, its a cliffhanger!!!!

This was a really different read for me... This was more of a scifi then urban fiction... It did have me a little intrigued...
Man is a man that has multiple powers... He is handsome yet because of the way he grew up... He seems to get his feelings hurt very easily... When this happens he uses his powers to hurt those around him that may have caused the hurt... After being in Cryosleep for 7 years he is now awake and reeking havoc on everyone around him... There seems to be one person that make him loses his ability to use these powers to his full potential when she is around... That us Noelle...
Noelle is an aspiring comic writer... She is really struggling to get in the game to start her career.. She is lucky that she has her best friend Bev that is allowing her to sleep on her couch.. If it was not for Bev helping her out... There is no telling where she would be... Because she would definitely be homeless... well once she crossed paths with Man... Her life changed... For the better as well as for the worse... Just when she finally let her guard down to let man in... She is hit with all of this.. and now it looks like he may have just got her caught up in his mess ... Guees we have to wait to find out...

Interesting Story
His Love Made Me Do It by Pebble Starr is interesting and different story from this author. This author does a good job. It’s well written and it’s phenomenal page.
The main character (Man) is a crazy and wild. He needs to get some help for his mental health. I realize that he’s previous character from other books series. I want to read more about Man’s character. I’ll definitely pray for Noelle, Snow, Brandon, Noah and Beverly. They need to keep their eyes and ears open for Man.
I’ll definitely waiting for part two of this book.

I know it can't be OPAA(I think that's right) that quick. My guess it's about what Snow got going on. My thing is he could have picked anybody to take the fall. Why Bev?? Especially after breaking her heart years ago. Man must have a little good in him for him to want to tell Noelle the truth. I wonder if she gets pregnant will the baby have the same powers? Had Man always had it?

I see Man ass is still crazy, but I think it's great that he has a weakness & it's Noelle... & poor Noelle don't know what's she's getting herself into messing arnd with Man crazy ass... Beverly money hungry is abt to go to jail over snows selfish behind.... Lord I can't wait for part 2, I have a feeling Noelle going to end up pregnant & Skot might pop up for revenge.... But I loved the storyline how everything is coming back from Man's past

Special powers
I've never been into special powers or comic books but for some reason I couldn't stop reading when I found out what the book was about. And I'm glad I didn't stop reading, well I couldn't stop. This was a very interesting book and I'm on to part two. I hope Noelle doesn't get mishandled by the police again. Snow better not get my girl into nothing she can't get herself out of.

Who knew man would try to turn over a new leaf some what. His butt was evil snow needs to get dealt with. In a way it's good for Bev and her selfish ways she not seeing this coming she needs to be humbled.

Wow!
This was another great book by an even greater author. I really like the balance of supernatural and fiction in this story. I feel like Noelle was like crypto to Man. I really feel that they were soul mates destined to be together. Even with his evil ways he was very comforting for her spirit and her presence made him a changed man. I can’t wait for part 2

Page Turner
I chose to read this book because it was written by one of my favorite authors and she never disappoint me with her books. This book touched basics on a real life disorder that people deal with in the real world. I love the fact that the character was able to embrace the flaws of her skin. This was a very touching story.

Right when I was starting to like Man boom the end this be driving me crazy when the author end the book this way and take forever to come out Part 2! I think Bev deserves what she gets but I hope Snow goes down with her.. This book is your different read and really interesting I enjoyed it that's why I feel some type of way of the ending..

Okay dang
This was good. A lil slow in the beginning but picked up and I freaking loved it. Man is so lost and don't know how to love. Somehow Noelle penetrated that black heart of his. What's up with Noelle and his powers? Are they linked in some kind of way? Well on my way to part 2

I loved this book. It was well written and had no grammatical errors. I love man and he seems like a good guy who just needs someone to bring out the good in him, which is Noelle. Its so sad that Man played a part with her brother. I really want to know the back story behind Man and his powers

At first I kinda didn't want to read it because I couldn’t stand Man in My Polished Professional Thug. I was kinda glad he met Noelle even with what he had done. Beverly needs to wake up and get a clue. I hope she can see who Snow really is before it’s too late.

I enjoyed this book. I liked where Man could use his powers as he saw fit. I think that Noelle was a positive influence for Man. Just by the things Man did, you could tell it was for love. I would highly recommend this book.

I loved the book it was different to see man have feelings for noelle. It crazy how they aligned up. Beverly that hoe she needs to open up those pretty eyes of hers and see what is happening. I’m going to keep this short and sweet I don’t like giving out book details. What a great read.

This was a great story. I'm disappointed in the character Smoke betrays. I'm pleasantly surprised how Man having a soft side. I was rooting for both ladies to have a Happy ever after.

Pebble Star is a great writer every book I've read has jad me on edge. Thos book started of a little slow but then it became a page turner. I'm ready for part 2 to come out I'm eager to know what in store with Beverly nd he dude, and whats to come with Mann and Noel.

So Man didn’t die?! This book was definitely interesting and a page turner. Man continues to be the jerk that he always was, except he’s had eleven years of not being a terror to others. His only saving grace is Noelle. What’s next?
