This is a must read book for people contemplating or facing huge life changes. Margie Lundy describes the decade long experience she and her family have had as full time RV nomads. They work on the road, have raised three children to adulthood and have gone through a years long personal journey of growth and transformation.

This is not a how to book for the RV life, although you will find tips and ideas for such. It also is not a do-this and your life will be better. What it is is a chapter by chapter discussion of the pillars that make up a life - home, work, education, community and more. Margie shares her experiences and what has worked for her and her family and the process that got them to today. She offers this with respect and compassion and challenges the reader NOT to mimic her but to ask them selves the same questions and make mindful informed decisions for themselves.

Anyone searching for meaning in there life could benefit from this discussion.

Margie’s book is written in a relatable, chat-like tone that I enjoyed. Disclaimer - I know Margie and have since before they became full time RVers. She is a friend but not one I see more than every few years or more. She is a real, solid woman and I find discussions with her fun and enlightening.

This book was recommended by the newsletter “RV Life Magazine” and it sounded very intriguing. My husband and I are currently on an RV trip in Canada. Thank you to Kindle Unlimited for making this book available as part of my subscription. I am also thankful I have cell coverage so I could download this book. I read it before and after we went on hikes at a National Park. While we travel 3 months out of the year and are far from being full-time Rvers, Mrs. Lundy’s memoirs were very interesting. I especially like her attitude of NOT HAVING to do something or to be a certain type of person, just because society or a relative or someone else says you have to. That’s true freedom! If we don’t want to be in touch with someone, we can easily say we were on the road and had no cell or WiFi connection. If we do want to contact other people, we will find a way. We can use our RV trips as reasons to visit people we like, or to avoid visiting others we aren’t too fond of.

Have you ever tried to think differently than you always have? If not, pick up this book and read through the varied topics. Margie covers a number of subjects in which she, her husband, and kids have chosen to not only think differently but DO different. Even if you're dead certain you'll never ever choose the nomadic lifestyle, read this book just to stretch out your old thinking.
