The Don's Wife

WTF kind of story was that??? LOL! WTF kind of story was that??? LOL! The ending had me rolling laughing. He told that kind of story to keep her calm and wonder why the alarms sounded. I'm game for the next one because I really like Cae. 7.11.19 1246pm

Good Read
This book was great. I loved the story line. I felt so bad for Cae. His father pretty much used him and played mind games while he treated his other son like royalty. I understand some of Cae's resentment towards his brother. He never had to endure the things that he did and he didn't have to witness something that would forever affect him. Jae was a sweetheart but he should have known his secret would eventually come to light. He should have been honest from the jump and things may have been a little different. I couldn't stand Junior. He wasn't worth two cents. He was beyond trifling. I wished someone would beat him down really bad. Mirage and La were some sweet girls that just got played by the men they were dealing with. Mirage needed to grow a backbone because she allowed Junior to get away with too much. Once Cae entered her life she didn't know what to do. Cae may have been cold blooded, but he had his moments. I can't wait until book two because things at the end left my head spinning.

Please Noooooo
This was such a captivating story. This book had me from beginning to end. Man I love Caeru. He is my favorite character. He and every one around him sees him as a cold heartless monster. I can see so much more and so does Mirage. I think Caeru and Mirage are two lost souls and is perfect for each other. All Carue wants to do is love and protect Mirage even tho she stuck on her no good baby daddy Junior. When Caeru gets his hands on Junior it ain't gonna be pretty. I hope Mirage and the baby be alright. Jaehkel should have told Lakerrica the truth from the beginning. La isn't caring that he is the next Don. All she know is that he was the one to hurt her and her son because of Omar. Although I hope they get past that I believe there is still more drama to come. I love it and can't wait til part two.💓💞

Where do I begin.... Loved Caeru from the start.. He is / was a man who has been treated liked garbage his whole life, and made to feel like he does not matter. His father is a piece of crap, who will finally get his. Mirage, also was one who did not know her own worth, and dealing w/ a human toilet Jr.. Hope his appendage falls off, he dogged and continues to show his is not worth anything. That ending tho. Whew.... Jae should have come clean in the beginning w/ the Omar mess to La... Hopefully they can get past this issue, because he loves La & Asher.. Omar.. yep ya day is coming, he should be happy is wife and kids are still alive, and his wife is stupid for staying afer getting her mom's head delivered. Cae needs to let Fizz know they are related, and that he had his best interest, even before finding out about his little sisters.... Excellent start. Miss Tina

Really enjoyed
This is my first time reading a book by this author, and I really enjoyed reading it. The characters are fun getting to know and of course you have those that you want to throat punch 👊(Omar and Junior). La can't seem to find a man that will be straight up with her. I like her and Jae together, but he is living a double life. His secret about La reveals itself at the worst possible time. Cae may not give a dayum about a lot of people but Mirage is not one of them. She makes him feel, emotions that are foreign to him. He is so much better for her, and Mirage sees him for him and accepts him as he is. The story he told breaks my heart, but the ending stomps on it. Looking forward to reading part two.

NNOOOOOOO!!!! Please don’t let nothing happen to Mirage. She and Careau are finally on the right track. In the beginning I really thought they were going to kill each other. Every time they got near each other, it was going to be some drama. Junior you had your chance now it’s time for a real man to show Mirage how she’s supposed to be treated.
La has also found happiness, but is that enough? She is falling for the man who brought her sadness. Hopefully they can get past the hurt and pain.

Omg, this was book was a page turner. Careau found someone that was slowly taking him and I hope he doesn’t lose her. Mirage is a strong minded woman with values that just couldn’t shake Junior. I sure hope gets what he deserves.
Now Lakerrica and Jaehkel, I know the way he met her was in revenge type but he really did fall in love with her. I know it may be hard but I hope she forgives him. Hopefully Omar is found before he does more damage, living a double life andnot caring she got hurt.

Good
Everything moved so fast in this book! Especially the relationships that were formed . None of the men are worthy to be loved in my opinion. Omar.... wow!!! The danger he put his family in was so trifling of him. I wished he would have been in more chapters. Jaehkel and Caeru were just as crazy as Omar. I won't give away spoilers,but Jaehkel has some nerve,and Cae just takes what he wants. La, I like her character. I think she is strong from what she endured. And Mirage....that baby needs a back bone. It was a good 4 stars

LaKerrica and Jaehkel seems to be a great match. I'm kinda hoping that she could get past how they really initially met so they can be together. Caeru and Mirage are a perfect match. They just need to let their inner demons and other people go. I hope Omar and Junior get what they deserve. The ending got me pins and needles. I can't wait for part 2 to come to find out what happens next.

Tina Marie... I KNOW you lyin!!! Giiirrrllll... once again you did the dang thang... Cae is all types of messed up in the head but I feel soooo bad for him. I need Mirage to pull through but OMG... the story he was telling her... the story wasn't funny but I bet he scared the crap out that doctor... I need him and Jae to make peace. This book was AMAZING... and I hope part 2 is on the horizon

OMG this book has me on the edge from beginning to the end. Junior was a no good somebody but Mirage met a real one with Craeu and he was there for her every step of the way. Omar was another low down somebody that had no remorse for his son and baby mother shot. Jae came in La and Asher life after they was shot and then La remember Jae from the shooting, hopefully in book two she forgives him

Caeru has been through so much. All he needs is a woman that'll be the quiet to his storm. Mirage needs to get rid of Junior. She can't complete a sentence without using Juniors name. I need pt 2!!
I loved this book and Caeru was definitely bae. The love he had for Mirage was special. Junior was a punk and deserves everything he gets. This book was a page turner from the beginning. There was so much drama and twists throughout the story. That ending was crazy and I can’t wait for it 2!

Very Good
We'll I'll be damn Caeru and Mirage relationship between them was undeniable but he was battling some demons and his iagaf attitude was off the charts. I just hope that things works out for them! La and Jae relationship between them was weird considering the circumstances but I think it will get better for them!!

Tina can I please have part 2 tomorrow? This book deserves more than 5 stars, really! Omar was so wrong, he's a perfect example of who not to get caught up with. Caeru, who's dangerous, really had his eyes on Mirage. Jaehkel, the Don who has a soft spot for LaKerrica. I am on the edge of my seat looking for part 2.

Frustrating
It is very hard to understand how Mirage has such a hard time letting Junior go. That’s where the writing goes left, as strong as she’s supposed to be, she can’t leave Junior alone? Really? I hate that the female characters are always so weak. It is absolutely annoying!

I so loved this book cae needs this women in his life he is not a monster Mirage loves him an that's what he needs .I don't blame la for how she feels but she needs to hear the Don out an where is Omar the father is off the chain disturbed ing an needs to be handled as well but I think the story is amazing

My heart is racing but this book is everything! I know that I would love Caeru from the beginning because I’m attractive to lost souls. I absolutely despise Phoenix and I hope that he gets all the Karma he can stand. This storyline is so well written and I can’t even wait to read part two!
