I love comedy. I love cooking and learning new recipes. Put them together and this is what I get= a fabulous read. Paul and James are hilarious and the recipes look easy but delicious. I haven't tried any out yet but I look forward to doing so and I will report back.
Got to say I’m slightly disappointed with this book. It’s been on the bestseller list for a long time now, so I expected big things! However, I don’t feel like the recipes are particularly original. There wasn’t too much that jumped out at me.
Not often do you find a cookbook with both interesting commentary and recipes, but these guys certainly achieve this. Great selection of recipes from their online blog which is also worth a visit. All recipes tried so far have been winners. Fair warning the commentary style might not be to all tastes as it can be adult and slightly naughty in places.
