This was a smoking hot little read if like me you enjoy a good older man/younger woman romance then this is well worth a read. I enjoyed Lilly and Chris's story he is her dad's best friend these two both have feelings for each other but have never acted on them that is until her car breaks down and she needs a ride to college.

Hot hot hot
This was an intense sexually charged story. I couldn’t put it down at all. I absolutely loved the chemistry.. the characters seemed so involved in each other that they didn’t let anyone else get involved.

Lilly and Chris hit it off, at hit cousins, party. You see, she attended with her parents, and Chris knows her dad, as a result of the fact, that he is the chief of police. Since Chris is a cop, that makes her dad, his boss. But, they are great, buddies. Chris however, is only fifteen-years-older, than Lilly. After, that party, all she can, do is fantasize about Chris. Lilly is a Harvard girl last year. This year she is determined to leave the nest. Being an only child and all. Lily is getting ready to go back to school when it seemed like everything had to go wrong for her. A lady tried to cause problems with her with the cops over something they didn't even have a deal on. Then just when she was to leave her car wouldn't start. She was just about to give up when her father's best friend Chris offers to drive her. Even though they both knows its a bad decision they agree to it. Lily has had feelings for Chris since she knew that she wanted a boy she just didn't know that he had feelings for her too. Chris had been fighting his feelings for his best friend's daughter for awhile but when her place isn't ready for another day he gets a room for them both. when a party invite goes wrong she calls Chris for help and things get heated between them. What will her father say about them being together?
This is a great steamy story that will draw you in from the first page. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Her father’s best friend is Chris, a cop who is 15 years older than she is.
Lilly is a very mature 22, she doesn’t act like a typical college girl. Which is why this novella works.
Chris is a by the Books cop, bfs with her dad. He has a major jones for the much younger Lilly. He drives her three hours to Harvard and they end up sharing a hotel room when her dorm isn’t ready and he takes her to a party. She’s in a little whiter dress and he steps in quickly when a boy gets handsy.
I really enjoyed this quick read but didn’t like that she’s just starting Harvard and he doesn’t want to use protection. That’s no kind of protection for her future.
Still, it’s a recommend for sweet and heat.

The plus side Chris was the responding officer. Chris is Lillies dads bestfriend and employee oh yeah he is also Lillies fantasy guy.
Neither knows about their mutual secret crush. Not until a party that Lilly us only attending to make Chris jealous. It works but almost to good because she dressed a little bit provocative and was manhandled by a frat guy. OOPS not good since Chrod was waiting outside and saw the whole thing.
Lilly is also coming up short in the luck department but answering Chris' phone the morning after was the icing on the cake. One quick stern talk to Chris and we get a HFN ending.

This older man/younger woman romance was short, Sweet, and sexy. Chris was the obesssed, protective alpha male just perfect for Lilly.
The dual POVs had good inner dialogue that enhanced the sexual tension and buildup that lead to them finally connecting.
Not too much of an ick factor even though their age difference was significant. I liked the way the author had a series of events that forced them together, instead of Chris planning it all out which would have been creepy. It also helped that Lilly had been dreaming of being with Chris and considered him her dream man.
Lots of steamy graphic scenes. If you like this genre, this book is for you.

Hell yeah. If you’re looking for a book that is vanilla with a couple sprinkles on top, but has enough steam to make you short of breath and want to spend a little extra time in the shower, this is it, honey. Short, sweet, forbidden, possessive love. With a man who knows how to talk dirty, and isn’t afraid to get filthy.
If you like Jessa Kane, Ella Goode, Nichole Rose, and Olivia T. Turner for their sex scenes, and short possessive romances, you’ll love this too. This reminds me of those but turn the possessiveness down to a 6/10 instead of a 15/10.
Can’t wait to read more. Think I might mess around and read all she has available.

This was a great story. I was it was a little longer though just because I really enjoyed the plot.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I really enjoyed this story about Lily and Chris. She's getting ready for her senior year at college. She's admired Chris for the years from afar, he is her dad's friend and her dad is his boss. So when her car breaks down leaving her to hitch a ride with Chris things take a turn for the better. Finally revealing their feelings the chemistry explodes. Fun HEA.

Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well. The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and steamy passion and you have a good read.

I enjoyed this short story with Lilly and Chris! Even though it is a short story, it did not feel rushed as it is a moment in their story, but still just enough background as to how they ended up knowing each other for it to be a good story even if I would have enjoyed spending more time with these caracters! Very well written!

If you like older man/younger woman romances, you will enjoy this book. I really liked the characters. They were interesting, well-developed and have chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written, with a happily ever after. In addition to receiving an arc, I purchased the book for my collection.
