Dan has been an award-winning humor columnist for the New York Times, a comic commentator for NPR, and a contributor to print or digital editions of The New Yorker, McSweeney’s, Rolling Stone, Salon, Real Simple, Parents, and The Wall Street Journal. He lives with his family in Westchester, NY, and teaches comic writing at Sarah Lawrence College.

HILARIOUS. It's been a while since I read a book that made me laugh out loud (maybe the only other book so hilarious I can think of is Me Talk Pretty One Day) -- though I think this is more tailored to brides. (And a little bit to grooms.) Great engagement gift - thanks for loaning it, Lauren!

I am getting married in October so pretty much every chapter had something in it that I could relate to with regards to planning a wedding.
