Dan has been an award-winning humor columnist for the New York Times, a comic commentator for NPR, and a contributor to print or digital editions of The New Yorker, McSweeney’s, Rolling Stone, Salon, Real Simple, Parents, and The Wall Street Journal. He lives with his family in Westchester, NY, and teaches comic writing at Sarah Lawrence College.

I bought this about the time I was finishing up at graduate school. It is way too funny and WAY too true, even 10 years later.
