This is my first book about real estate. I feel like it was a great read—not to be cliche. He gave out some really great beginner info, like how to find who owns any property. The book is also filled with many links to help you in your journey. Also, its great to get this kind of perspective from someone who has actually owned and operated multiple properties. It’s certain nuances that you would not know unless you’ve owned real estate. I loved this book and thoroughly enjoyed it. It made me very confident in believing I can do this too.

Alot of useful information.

The information is thoroughly written. It was very relevant for these times and was concise. It goes over most of the type of investing opportunities. I would say it is an intermediate investment book for those thinking about taking this adventure.
