This might seem like a harsh rating. However I have gone through so many decluttering books this year and this is maybe the least favorite of them. She had a chapter on YOGA that I thought would never end! Literally and figuratively dying! It just seemed irrelevant. I get she is trying to talk of decluttering your mental and emotional spaces… but whew! It fell flat!
