Developing Patience and Perseverance in an Impatient World: Living Large For God

Rate this book
As soon as we set a goal, obstacles get in the way. These barriers undermine our goals and keep us from being leaders in faith by trying our patience with God, others, and even ourselves.

Satan knows just where to strike now that we’ve set a goal. And he uses our impatience as a prime way to keep us from focusing on our objective and having faith and patience with God.
By learning to endure difficult people and circumstances through active patience , we can avoid the penalties associated with our impatience, such as high blood pressure, stress, frustration and strained relationships. Active patience results in less impulsive outbursts or complaints, allows us to demonstrate more determination and perseverance and keeps us more optimistic, faithful, hopeful and productive.
Developing Patience and Perseverance in an Impatient Living Large For God explores the three types of Christian patience we should strive to improve

By building our Christian patience and perseverance we develop character, faith, and determination to meet any challenges that come our way so that we become better leaders for God no matter what the world throws at us.
Developing Patience and Perseverance in an Impatient Living Large for God tells biblical stories of people who experienced the same struggles with patience as we do and provides practical exercises, tips, and techniques for developing more patience in each of the three key areas. Also, the book will share God’s patient promises to help develop more perseverance in life, even when times are troubling and challenging.
If you find yourself struggling to keep your patience, Developing Patience and Perseverance in an Impatient World will provide ways for you to persevere in your faith, knowing that with God, all things are possible!
