After receiving devastating news, Galina is struggling on her own again. She now has a terrible secret and wonders how she will survive. Will she become a social outcast because of her mistakes?
Laney Pritchett is just a small town girl who has a life of servitude and loneliness. When she hears about the opportunity to go West she prayerfully considers leaving her safe and lonely world behind. She wonders if she will ever be able to find happiness after years of being considered a Plain Jane.
The story of true love and redemption continues for the men and women of Willamette Valley throughout the Spring and Summer of 1853.
Book 7 My third time reading the series! Love these books!
The characters of the Wildflowers series are so real! The amount of research done is truly tedious and filled with emotion and raw energy. The descriptions are spot-on if you have traveled through the United States and the Willamette area of Oregon. I have read and re-read all of the books so many times while waiting for the next book to be published! I still find new things every time I re-read each book. I never get tired of the older or original characters and enjoy the new characters and the stories they add. I believe that anyone who enjoys historical novels will definitely love these books from the 1st book through this book, Book 7.
I absolutely love the way Wildflowers Book 7 completed so many story lines, but left me wanting to hear more. This has been such a pleasant way to get through the isolation of Covid 19. I would finish one book in this series and go right on to the next. Although I've followed the Oregon Trail through the years via school and educational programs, I learned so much through this series and have a much better appreciation for the hardships every family went through to get to the end of their journey in Oregon. I eagerly await the release of Wildflowers Book 8 to continue this journey with all the wonderful people I have gotten to know in Books 1 through 7. Thank you, Leah Banicki, for sharing your stories with your readers!
This the seventh book in this Wildflower series written by Leah Baninki. It is Sweet, adventurous, and exciting story mostly about Laney and the wagon trail trip to Oregon City. All of their happiness, sorrow trials and tribulations. They had happy time ,but also sorrow, injury and death. They finally arrive in Oregon City and now I looking forward to the next installment. You will love this series.
Just finished the 6th book in series.I'm sad cuz I want to continue reading about these great characters but looking forward to the next one in series.Reading how they work hard and struggle sometimes but trust in God as they go thru life helping one another.Thank you🙏
These 7 books were one of the greatest series I've read in ages. I loved how the stories flowed and there was no aticaption of what the next page would bring. I'm so looking forward to what's to come. This is one of those series that can go on forever! Please hurry with Book 8 & 9; I can't hardly wait! Thanks for such a good series!
Love this continue adventures of all these interesting peoples. I can almost see each one as well as the lovely town the live in. This book was such a air of excitement. I am so happy with each one. And than with Laney reading the letter from her Grandfather. I was shocked and overjoyed. Can’t wait to read the next book. Thank you. Loved this book.
So far so good. I've been enjoying all the stories. I was a little disappointed in Dolly and Galina weddings, since all the others had good lead up to them. That was a little sad. Laney story started good can't wait to see where it goes! I hope there are more to come after #8!
I highly recommend every book in this series. What a wonderful story with so many interesting characters. This author has a vivid imagination and describes everything beautifully. I have enjoyed her books and this series, but each book could be a stand alone. However great yourself and read the series.
A delightful series! Loved all the rich story lines with believers. I highly recommend this boo
Read it and you'll love the author. And her ability to tell a beautiful story of the faith and hardships to frontier life! I recommend this series of enjoying entertainment and faith
I really enjoyed this series and look forward to the next book. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because she seems to repeat things a lot. But other than that I loved the book.
I have never written a review. I have loved every character described in the books. All I can say is I was captured in the beginning and can't put the book down. I love this author!
I've just finished this story, The Namesake, a very entertaining and interesting story of a young woman who headed out on a new adventure. The story is s well put together bit of the author's characters adventures to a new world for them.
I am so absorbed in this wonderful series of hardship. The characters are so loving and kind. I can’t stop reading it. I’m now on the eighth book and never want it to end!
Thank you for the Christian witness throughout your books.
The hope of your books is not Just for the story line, it is for readers struggling with varied challenges. May all who have ears to hear and eyes to see find direction and hope.
I am so invested in these people and families. The strength and courage of each individual and the for realness.each book keeps me on my toes and begging for more
I listen to my books and boy I was lost for first few pages. Expecting this book to begin Galina next thing I hear is beginning of Lannie's story. But, the first few pages gave a snapshot of Galina. Must read to find out what happens to her.
The Namesake is just so good. It continues the stories of the many brave and strong families braving the crossing of North America. I am very glad to be following along and have learned many thing
Goodness, i really enjoy reading this series. I have met some very interesting people through these books. I cannot pick a favorite. The walk across the territories is terrible and fascinating. Laney abd Daisy what to say..

Am enjoying the diverse characters in this series of books, however the books really need some serious proof reading! That would more them more enjoyable to read.
I loved this book. The series is very good. Can hardly wait till the next one is out. I read the one before this ,where I could remember everything that happen before I started this one. My problem is reading to fast. When I start a good book ,I can't put it down till finished.
