Recipees are doable...not too much hard to find ingredients. Pretty simple and sound yummy. There is a lot of good info on the diet as well. I only wish they told us how many grams off protein for a woman or man and how many fat grams. Under 30 to 50 carbs....but do we subtract fiber. List of foods were good. Some of us can not afford everything organic or grass fed but will do the best we can.
