The art was absolutely beautiful! It was probably one of my favorite things about the manga. The storyline was interesting but it didn’t really explain how the main character, Subaru, seemed to know so much about alternate worlds. It seems as though being suddenly transported to another world happens often, but it doesn’t say it outright. Parts of the story almost seem as though the Subaru had been sucked into a video game because despite all the times he is killed, he keeps coming back to life. However, he implies that this is an actual alternate universe, so I hope the future books reveal why it is that he can’t seem to die.
That being said, I enjoyed the story line and I will definitely read the second book. The characters were interesting for the short time the reader gets to know them. I hope there will be more character development in the following books that explains more about the characters’ backgrounds and abilities.
This is a great book if you are looking for a bit of light reading.

Esta historia me parece increíblemente entretenida, como una persona tan simple puede avanzar en un mundo nuevo con el poder más horrible que existe. Alejarse de lo conocido y tener que encontrar un camino de vuelta o peor, un sitio en que encajar dentro de esta fantasía.
Todos los personajes son magníficos, obviamente tenemos al interés romántico, una mascotita flotante, personajes que odian al prota, y muchos más que son demasiado complicados de explicar en pocas palabras jajaja.

It was a good book in the series and the book was book 1. I didn’t really understand some of the books because a lot of non explaining but also was a lot of action in the beginning and end.
