This book is a MUST READ to all organizations/ managers who are new to the bid world.

The first chapters give you advice on how your company should set up their bid team, how to identify the right profile for bid managers, as well as how to upskill your team.

A later chapter helps you to understand the view of the customer ( essential to do if you want to win).

The majority of the book is focusing on the actual bid work. It is comprehensive, very detailed, well structured. It is a great addition to the APMP BOK ( Body of Knowledge) with more detailed explanations and examples.

I would recommend this book to everyone who is involved in creating proposals or answering bids.
