They only wanted to have a little fun.

In Savannah, Georgia, four college professors decide to ditch their boring research conference to crash a paranormal convention. What better way to spend their time in the City of Ghosts?

One by one, they sneak into lectures and presentations covering the many unexplained mysteries of the world. Amused by what they observe, they decide to take their fun a bit further: they each select a paranormal topic to investigate over the summer break. Being true professionals, their ultimate goal is to debunk the mysteries.

What could possibly go wrong?

From a suspenseful camping trip deep in the California woods, to a search for alien encounters at the mysterious Skylar Ranch, the university professors encounter terrifying  and unexpected consequences--and discover the potential power behind a personal story.

Through their adventures, the four unveil the disturbing truth about paranormal phenomena--but for some, the truth is discovered too late.

Ever wonder why people are mysteriously vanishing from our forests and national parks and leaving behind mysterious clues?

If you enjoyed David Pallides' wildly popular Missing 411 series, which illustrates the bizarre patterns of disappearances, you will love Paranormal Solved. This book offers a fictional, thought-provoking explanation for the clusters of mysterious disappearances that occur all across the world.

Three skeptic scientists go in search of Bigfoot, ghosts and aliens with hunters of the supernatural in an attempt to debunk their theories - chaos ensues as does the batshit crazy ideas. . I think. I'm not 100% sure, in fact, what I am sure of is SOMEONE took an acid trip and came up with this idea, and I'm almost certain it wasn't me.

Fantastic audio, fair-good writing, some good tension and a few creepy moments, but like I said, batshit crazy ideas.....

I can't believe this book only has 1 review, and only 6 ratings.

First and foremost, my complaints, of which there are 2. One major, one minor.

The major: The book is too damned short. The author hints at so much, but never goes into details. Which is why I could only give 4 stars instead of 5.

The minor: The characters are grade A assholes.

But....they needed to be. For in this book, we see 3 skeptics come face to face with a demon, with aliens, and with Bigfoot himself.

The author did an excellent job of interweaving 3 distinct stories so that they all flow together to form something much more than the sum of its parts.

We learn a little of how Bigfoot, aliens, and demons came to be about on our world, how they're all connected, and what it means for humanity. The ending wasn't what I expected, but I was certainly pleased by it.

And though the main characters are all assholes, we see them grow and learn, and I actually came to care about them.

What I would love to see, what I to see, is 4 more books from the author. Each exploring in greater detail what happened to the main characters, and a 4th showing what they go on to do afterwards.

If you're reading this Mrs. Fleming, keep up the good work. At least one person out there enjoyed your book, and can't wait to see more.

I enjoyed this book. At first, I wasn't sure if I would like it. The main characters seemed arrogant and not really likable. However, for the story to work you need to see them in this light at first so you can see them change throughout the book. The book is a little on the short side and moves quickly, but the story is well-developed. I do wish the story was a little longer. I listened to the audio version of the book. The narrator did a wonderful job with the characters and bringing the story to life.

All thoughts and opinions are my own, and in no way, I have been influenced by anyone.

Three sceptic college professors decide to try to debunk the mystery of alien abductions, Bigfoot and demons, What could possible go wrong!!

What a fabulous fun book about the supernatural. There was a definite X=Files vibe to it. The book is fast paced, exciting, and humorous. Along the way we learn a little about different phenomena and how they might all be connected – thought provoking stuff!

None of the three main characters are particularly likeable at first, though I did warm to them by the end of the book.

I have only one complaint – the book is just too short! I listened to the Audible version (and the narration by Chris Monteiro is excellent) in one sitting. I just had to know what happened and I wanted more, and will be looking to see what else Grace Fleming has written.

What could go wrong with three skeptical professors crash a paranormal convention and decide they are going to try to debunk the myths of demons, Bigfoot, and alien abductions.

The first one, Jerry, gets bitten by something at the lecture on demons. After going home, he starts seeing things. Meanwhile, his friend, David goes to a Bigfoot lecture, starts flirting with a woman who hosts a show about Bigfoot and agrees to go searching for the beast with her. And finally, Josh goes to the famous Skylar Ranch (is that suppose to be Skinwalker Ranch in real life?) to find aliens.

What they find out links all three of their adventures together.

I really enjoyed this book. It was something different then most stories out there. I wondered how a book with 3 different point of views was going to work but it did. I really wish it was longer and more detailed. I believe this book is open to more in depth books to follow. It's about 3 cynical a$$!#!$# who believe they are smarter than everyone else and basically challenge each other to a contest. All because they are bored with their lives and work. Well, they are in for it and end up with life altering events.
A book I will read again.
