This cookbook is a little bit different than every other cookbook I've owned. Its food has a flair to it and many of its recipes are geared towards hosting a small dinner party or lunch, though they are generally adaptable to just-for-home cooking. I think this is a unique cookbook and if I'm looking to try a recipe that's at least a little bit different, this is the first cookbook I check.
I had reservations about this book because the author's photo is on the cover and I thought that was weird. However, I've tried two recipes so far and liked both.
