I wasn't really a fan of this book. I listened to it as an audiobook, and it didn't have supplemental PDF materials. Which I was disappointed by and felt that this type of material definitely needed some PDF reference materials. I also didn't love the reader's voice so it was hard to keep focused. As far as content, I didn't feel like there was anything groundbreaking or anything that made me think about procrastination in a new way.

Ok, there are some interesting take aways in this one

However we who procrastinate will probably not make it through a book with of 30 days worth of stuff. The author is pretty good at coaxing the reluctant to give things a try and he doesn't make things difficult. I would recommend a read through, then start the thirty day program.
