”A Matter of Anti-Life or Death!”
Oracle is restoring the power after shutting it down so that the Calculator couldn’t trace the route back to where she and her hacker group are. They are able to track him back to Gotham City.
Back in Gotham City Barbara shows up at the designer of the game Calculator used to kill Larry. She asks him to use his super access to install her software into the game.
Calculator goes back into his game. He’s still trying to get even more power out of the anti-life equation and the diamonds he’s plugged them into.
But in his game the armored mech that he killed Larry in wakes up and punches him. Calculator leaves the game quickly!
That was pretty good - and now I see it was a prequel to… Batgirl #1. I’m not sure which Batgirl number one. But this is where Wendy is paralyzed. So I guess it’s Stephanie’s Batgirl.
4 stars. There’s a few dangling questions, but all in all it was great. Like why the heck it was called the ‘Cure’? I guess Calculator thought he was going to cure Wendy.
