A quote in the author biog at the back of this book sums it up perfectly “...this simple yet profound book”. It is exactly that. Alan Chatting has a beautiful way of explaining extremely complex theory in a simple and straightforward manner - even if it does still make your brain ache! This is a self-help book that goes beyond any other self-help book I’ve ever read and yet you can go as far with it as feels comfortable in that moment. Highly recommended!
