Andrew Nelson was finally ready to settle down and find the love of his life. He had his sights set on Nina, the chef at the Nelson ranch retreat, but the only problem was he became a bumbling, incoherent fool every time he was around her. All he needed to do was man up and take the leap, to see if he even had a chance. And sometimes, even when things seemed to be working out for the best, there was always a fork in the road.
If you loved the first two books in the Nelson Brothers series, then you are going to really love Andrew Nelson!
Wow! How do I sum up my life? .... Well, I'm a mother of Three little princes who light my life. A wife to a very patient husband who puts up with my hectic thinking. A tattoo loving, coffee drinking, wears her heart on her sleeve, incessant chatterer!
My love is writing and reading fiction. I have to sing! Like all the time... much to my families dismay.
As for being an Author, I seriously love and support body positivity, so I write flawed characters, plus size, curvy girls in chick lit, rom-com and contemporary romance! And soon Non-fiction! I spend way too much time on Facebook. I LOVE to chat with other readers and writers. So if you want to contact me send an email or catch me on Facebook!!
It's brother number three’s turn for romance. Andrew is a dentist, but he also helps out at the ranch retreat. At Kayden and Kirra's wedding, he is part of the groom’s party while Nina (who works at the ranch retreat) is part of the bride's party. Andrew is a shy guy and gets tongue-tied around all women, but it is notably worse around Nina because he has long had an attraction to her. Nina appears to be harboring a secret attraction as well, and she's a little awkward around him, too.
I really enjoyed this story. It is full of family and love. It can be read very quickly, around an hour plus or minus. Andrew is so endearing at the start, watching him fumble with his words. Their interaction at the wedding was very cute. Things heat up rather quickly when he teaches her to ride. I like that this author does sex scenes in a medium heat, but still sexy way. We get some details, but her descriptions are more about the feelings and emotions than clinical descriptions of body parts. I love that there was a bit of awkwardness for them during their first time together, which is a perfect reflection of the start of their relationship.
Unfortunately, there were some issues with grammar, punctuation, and usage. In particular, there were comma splices, missing commas before conjunctions, and missing commas around direct addresses. There is a little profanity in this book, so if this bothers you, consider this a fair warning. It isn't that much, and it seems very contextual.
I wasn't wild about the big “boy loses girl” part that happened in this story, but the way it resolved was absolutely beautiful and authentic to this series of books that has a real focus on the meaning of family. I love the interactions between the siblings, as I have it all the books, and I like how in this particular book that the circle of family was expanded in such a heart-touching and loving way. I enjoy this series, and I am looking forward to the next one!
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
Andrew is another handsome Nelson brother who helps in the operation of the family ranch and retreat. He is also a dentist with a practice in town. These days, he prefers to spend his time on the ranch in order to catch a glimpse of the woman who has caught his attention. Andrew has had a crush on Nina, the chef at his family ‘s ranch retreat, for over a year. He is shyer than his brothers, and finds himself tongue-tied and stammering whenever he tries to talk with her. At his brother’s wedding, he is thrilled to have a chance to dance with Nina. She has also had a crush on Andrew for quite some time, and also finds herself very nervous around him. She does, however, find the courage to ask him to take her for on a horseback ride and she will provide a picnic lunch. A rainstorm leads to a soaked couple, a fall in the mud, and a sudden need to shed some clothes. Their passionate night together is followed by many more over the ensuing months until Nina receives a call to come home. Her father is seriously ill and needs her help. Feeling torn between her father who desperately needs her and the man she has come to love, Nina makes a choice to leave Andrew behind. Blindsided and heartbroken by her choice, Andrew becomes withdrawn and distant from his family. Will Andrew and Nina be able to find a way to be together? The characters in this book are believable, intriguing and draw the reader into the story. I can’t wait to read Bailey’s story next!

This is the third book of the four book series of The Nelson Brothers by the best selling author, Sarah Gai, and Andrew will have your heart pumping. Andrew is a dentist but also works on the family ranch and he has watched his other brothers Jaxon and Kayden find the love of their lives and marry and now he finds himself ready to settle down too. On the ranch they have a chef called Nina and she caught Andrew's eye practically at first sight and it was mutual but they are both too shy to have done much about it. At Kayden and Kirra's wedding Andrew is paired up with Nina but every time he speaks to her he seems to get foot in mouth! However, things go better than he expected and all seems to be going well when she gets a sad phone call telling her that she needs to come home to her Dad who is dying. No spoilers from me...but let's just say that Sarah wrote a perfect ending! I have read every one of the Sparkles Series as well as The Nelson Brothers and I look forward with anticipation for more as they are so well written, with superb characters, are realistic, heartwarming with humour and just a nice 'splash' of steam! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. MOST DEFINITIVELY RECOMMENDED.

If you are looking for a quick read, I would highly recommend this to anyone over 18. It is a short story for a lunch break or just if you need to get away from reality for a little bit. BUT I would really start with the first book of the series to really get the best enjoyment.
This was an adorable sweet romance. Andrew is the third son of the Nelson brothers to fall in love. He is a dentist but on his off hours, he helps to work on the family farm/retreat. Nina is the chef for the retreat. Both are shy and get extremely tongue-tied around the other. It was ADORABLE!!!!!
While this is the third story in the series and can be read as a stand-alone, again I would highly recommend starting at the beginning. Each story takes place right at the end of the prior one. I love that. Also this is written in my favorite dual POV. Getting a glimpse into the thoughts of the main characters really helps me to connect with them.
This is a sweet, slightly clean romance. The sexy scene was barely there before fading away. I would recommend this story to anyone over the age of 18.
This is the third book in The Nelson Brother series and this time we get to learn Andrews's story
Andrew is a dentist and owns his own practice in town but he still spends a lot of time around the family ranch He knows something is missing from his life and as he sees his brothers settle down he knows that is what he wants and he has is eye on Nina the chef at the family ranch. Only problem is every time he tries to talk to her he gets tongue tied and makes an idiot of himself. Nina thinks that Andrew is a fine specimen but why won't he talk to her Finally Nina takes the bulls by the horn and asks him out Do they have a future together You will have to read to see. While each book in this series is a stand alone about a separate couple do yourself a favour and read them all
THE HEART WANTS WHAT IT WANTS!!! Oh Man! Talk about hitting hard and taking hold. A whirlwind of unexpected mishaps and surprising events that keep you flipping page after page. One rollercoaster ride with a full range of stormy emotions bursting into life perfectly, draw you deeper until everything else ceases to exist. One heartwarming storyline and intriguing plot bring this little gem together beautifully. Struggling through all the trials and tribulations and makes for one incredible experience. The characters are authentic and realistic with depth and individuality it's easy to relate. The scenes are vividly described and paints an amazing backdrop that really pulls this little gem together flawlessly. Amazing job Sarah, thanks for sharing this little gem with us.

Andrew is ready to find love and settle down and he's found the one he wants his future with. The problem is he gets too nervous when he's around her to talk to her and gets all tongue tied. Nina has liked Andrew and decides to be the one to make the first move and ask him out. A fun romantic story with great characters and a good story line that holds your attention. This is book 3 in the Nelson Brothers series but I wasn't lost by not reading the previous 2 books in the series. Oh, these Nelson brothers are adorable! I've liked them all ever since the first book I read about them in, Amber In Love (that book was super cute too).
So the last of the brothers, Andrew, finally gets his story. This whole ensemble of characters has been really enjoyable as I have followed them now through 6 different books, lol!

Great short story. If you read the others you know what to expect. Andrew is a cowboy and a dentist, and is very shy, for the ladt year he has gotten tounge tied and unable to talk around Nina. Nina is a chef and socially inept when it comes to men and dating, and has been crushing on Andrew since she arrived on the ranch. This is their story. Enjoy.

An entertaining love story that in the end will bring you to tears. Andrew Nelson is the shy brother, the one who has trouble forming sentences around women and one of those women is Nina one of the new cooks at the Ranch Retreat. Nina also shy took the first step in asking Andrew to take her riding. Yet, when her father's illness takes a turn for the worse the may not get the happily ever after.
I read this in a couple of hours. It's a really sweet story of a shy guy and an awkward gal who like each other, but find it hard to tell each other. Once they get past that main obstacle, another happened to keep them apart. I know a lot of people like short stories and novellas, but for me, this story could have been so much more. The parts glazed over could have been fantastic and the author writes so well. It's a shame, but still a nice read.
The Nelson family is well crafted and these characters are enchantingly shy. The story develops quickly and moves right along. Would recommend this clean, funny, romantic and delightful book.

This is a story of family love and values. It’s a very easy read. Andrew is a dentist with his own practice. Nina is the chef on the family ranch. Just reading about how shy both are is endearing. They both are in the wedding party for Kayden and Kirra. This is a lovey book to read.

Andrew has been attracted to Nina for a year and a half but is too shy to do anything about it. Nina finally makes the first move. Everything seems to be going well until she gets a call and ends up going back home to Chicago. This book is a fast pace read and I enjoyed it.
This was a fun read with plenty of chemistry between the characters that have been well developed and engaging and the storyline flowed smoothly from the beginning to the end.

This is third book in the Nelson Brothers Series by Sarah Gai. It is advertised as a Chick-lit romantic short story. It is exactly the type of book she specializes in, a short romantic story without all kinds of fluff, just the romance. And in the telling of Andrew and Nina’s story she does just that. Andrew is a very shy dentist cowboy and Nina, cooks for the retreat while struggling to help her I’ll father. Although it is love at first sight, it takes these two some time to get together. This is a charming love story. It is an easy read with great flow. and it be just what your looking for. It’s perfect for those nights you want to relax with a short romantic love story that will leave you smiling while tugging at your heart strings.
