A crazy miner sends for nine mail-order brides, dying only days before they arrive...what's a women-starved town of millionaires to do?
This box set includes all ten books in the Miners to Millionaires series:
A Mail-Order Heart A Mail-Order Wish A Mail-Order Hope A Mail-Order Dream A Mail-Order Chance A Mail-Order Dawn A Mail-Order Escape A Mail-Order Illusion A Mail-Order Haven A Mail-Order Destiny
It was fun to read about all these mail order brides all in one series. I especially enjoyed Violet’s and Juliette’s stories. There did seem to be a common pattern to the stories, although somewhat verified. Man and woman meet, instant attraction that can’t be denied, danger to the woman or man. Man saves woman or woman saves man. They get married. And reading all the stories at once made for a long read, although each story isn’t particularly long. I would recommend this series of stories.
A great collection of ten books about a man who ordered several mail-order brides and just a few days before they arrived, he died. These women who had different circumstances to become a mail-order bride find themselves alone in a place with no friends and that made them come closer and became a family and consider themselves as sisters. All of them are very enjoyable reading, being my favourite Mail-Order Dawn.
Every single one of these books is really special. There are some that I enjoyed more than others but all and all I easily give them a 5 star review. The down side to getting them all together in one box that like this, is not be able to stop when you finish one. You end up just having to keep going to find out who is next. Every story was just so different from the previous one that it felt like all different adventures. It real keeps your interest and makes you want to read all the stories that take place in this quaint little town. I love that each story has a really good epilogue that helps you see how wonderful of a couple they are together even after being married for a while. All the stories are clean romances. Some have more steamy kisses than others. And a few are pushing the envelope a little with the kisses that I would hesitate to place this series in the “Wholesome” category. But that being said, none of the books have anything graphic or explicit. There is no petting of any kind or feeling anyone up. It always mentions having self control and not doing anything reserved for marriage. Rating: PG/PG-13
Enjoyed every minute of it. So glad I bought the whole bunch, and didn't have to wait to read the next one in line. Every story was really well done. Every one distinct and interesting and engaging. Loved each one! Would recommend them to anyone who likes adventure, strong and outstanding women, and handsome intriguing men.
