This collection of short 8min-15min daily meditations is a great way to relax and unwind, regardless of personal schedule or time of day. I wasn't able to complete these every day or in the same order due to time constraints, but you don't have to complete this in a certain way. The low pressure of this collection aided its calming effect. There wasn't as much instruction or teaching of breathing exercises as I have gotten from other Audible-available meditation collections, but I still think these were pretty good. I wasn't a fan of every instructor, but this medley of sessions doesn't make you stick with a particular instructor if their style doesn't suit you.
