Stupid.
This book is written on a 6th grade level. Just dumb. I could not finish it. Do not waste your time. I wish I had the hour back I wasted on it.

I Hope you Dance, book seven in the Dawson Brothers series follows Wyatt Dawson, and his high school sweetheart, Amber Lane. When high school ended, so did the relationship between Wyatt and Amber when she left to go to college in California while Wyatt stayed home to help on the family farm. Now it’s thirteen years later and she’s home, with a little girl in tow, and getting a divorce from her husband. When they see each other again, the sparks are still there, but with a painful past relationship is Amber ready to date again? Will Wyatt get his second chance at the only girl he’s ever loved?

This is the seventh book in The Dawson Brothers Series and it is a fantastic read. The corn harvest has not been as good as they expected it to yield and they need to earn more to make up for the shortfall. But this loving family will surely pull together and succeed. Meanwhile there are two 'new'people in town and Wyatt encounters his ex highschool sweetheart and a little girl in the local diner and with a strange man! being the eldest of the family, Wyatt has much of the responsibilities of the ranch on his shoulders but he can't get Amber out of his thoughts. When he finds out that the man was just a cousin of hers but that her marriage is over after her husband was abusive [and a cheat] and that she and her little girl have moved back in with her mum and dad. One thing Wyatt does know is that he won't let Amber slip through his fingers again without a fight as he has never loved anyone but her. Amber is in a difficult position as her husband says he still loves her and wants her back in California but she knows that she can never trust him again and it's been already over for a year and she feels no different. But when he says that he wants custody of their daughter what is she to do as she can't lose her? Will Wyatt lose Amber again? There are so many very sweet moments in this book - certainly Wyatt hadn't expected himself to be good with children but he is. But the thought of losing Amber again would kill him. Beautifully written by Ali Parker and one that will be re-read many times by myself as I love this series.

Love the Dawson brothers! Wyatt has always loved Amber. He and Amber were high school sweethearts. Amber left to go to school in California while Wyatt stayed home to work on the family ranch and go to a local college. Amber is back in Safety with her daughter and divorcing her cheating husband. The chemistry and passion is still there when Amber and Wyatt run into each other. Can Wyatt win the heart of the only girl he has ever loved? Can Amber move past all her baggage from California? Can Wyatt and Amber find their happily ever after no matter what her ex throws at them? I really liked I Hope You Dance by Ali Parker. I loved watching Wyatt and Amber get their second chance at romance in I Hope You Dance. I would definitely recommend getting I Hope You Dance by Ali Parker and any of the other books in The Dawson Brothers series. I received an ARC of this book, and I am leaving my honest review.

Wyatt and Amber were high school sweethearts until she wanted to go to school in California. Wyatt stayed home to work on his family ranch and go to the local college. He is a Dawson after all and they are some sexy cowboys that is for sure. While Amber was in California, she met Gavin and they married and had a daughter Sarah. Her happily ever after didn't last long after finding her husband in bed with someone else so she brought Sarah back home to Safety Texas. When Amber and Wyatt run into each other, the chemistry and sparks are still there. Will they be able to be friends after all of this time or will feelings from the past come to the forefront? They both deserve their happily ever after. This is another well written read to add to this series and I absolutely love the characters within. Enjoy.

These Dawsons are finding love or rediscovering love one sibling at a time. This was a fantastic heartwarming new read from Ali Parker. Wyatt has been in love with only one woman since high school but life and distance tore him away from his high school sweetheart. Amber is back in town following a separation from her husband. When Amber sees Wyatt (the boy that got away) for the first time in years, sparks fly and attraction burns just as intense as always. I Hope You Dance was filled with laughter, friendship, family caution, heartache, passion, and love. This was a heartwarming and emotional story about second chances with first love, self-discovery, and following dreams. A fantastic well written story with wonderful characters. This is a must read that readers will fall in love with.

Starting over? A second chance of do over is needed, this is the perfect story! A single mother struggle & success, it is perfect!
Amber was prom queen & she left the prom king behind. She wanted 5 run away from the small town & to off to college and fly. Her decision effect d Wyatt, he was left behind because he was the oldest and responsible for running the ranch. His high school romance that he thought was forever just walked away. He was devastated. Amber got married and had a child then separated & single mom. All single moms can relate, or Rocky relationship. This story is a great reflection of putting priorities right, remember those that love & support and including judgement & perspective. Great story and written we!!. Wonderful. A high school love that lasts forever. It has been 13 years since Wyatt has seen Amber, he is still in love with her. No other woman has ever even come close to the way he feels for her. She is back in town now with her daughter getting a divorce from her cheating ex husband. Wyatt just wants to be in her life no matter what. He has never felt whole except for when he was with Amber. Can they rekindle their relationship even after 13 years apart? Is the spark still there? And if it is, has it change from a spark to a towering inferno? I believe so. Such a great romantic second chance at love book. I loved it. This proves that your first love can also be your last love. Wonderful. Trust your gut, the gentleman is always the man you want.

The Dawson brothers storyline has been a spectacular series to read. Ali Parker has brought to life two Dawson families that have all been unique in their own way. Wyatt had it all until the love of his life left for college. Thirteen years later, Amber returns with not only a daughter but with her heart guarded. The Dawson charm comes out and they quickly find their way back to each other but it’s not a smooth ride. Jealous and anger as well as her ex seem to keep pulling them apart. But when the love they have still courses through them, can they overcome the obstacles and find the happiness they both desire. Read through Kindle Unlimited

What another great instalment in the wonder that is the Dawson Brother novel trail!!! They are all hot hot hot but I particularly liked Wyatt’s story because he’s the oldest and seemed so aloof and standoffish before in the other novels. Amber is just the perfect match for him but with her separation from her husband and her young daughter and a qualification taking up her time it’s difficult for wyatt to get her attention long enough to show he still lives her like he did when they were in high school. I love that this is a live story first and foremost and that there’s no excess of drama or dangerous happenings standing in the way. It’s still got all the ups and downs you need but Wyatt is wearing his heart right there in his sleeve and I love that!

When Amber comes back home ahead of her impending divorce, high school sweetheart Wyatt doesn’t know what’s about to hit him. This pair has a lot of old baggage that needs to be unpacked before anything new can happen. Their story is just as sweet as it is steamy when all those old emotions come rushing to the surface. I adore the deep and abiding love of family that fills this series. It doesn’t hurt that I’m a sucker for a second chance, either. I almost hate to admit it, but Amber’s parents were my favorite characters in the book. They ran away with the story every time we got to see them.

Years later Amber returns home with her daughter after her marriage falls apart. Will Wyatt and Amber get a second chance at love? This was a great. second romance. Well written with wonderful characters and an enjoyable storyline. Wyatt and Amber were a likable couple and had great chemistry. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it.

I've read the other books in this series and have enjoyed them so I was looking forward to reading Wyatt's story with Amber, the one who got away. It''s a sweet story as high school sweethearts are brought together again. There's an emotional rollercoaster for both of them as they deal with their feelings and getting to know one again. Add in the self-centered soon-to-be ex-husband using their daughter as a pawn and things get ugly. Will they get their chance at HEA? You'll have to read to find out. It was nice shaving the other siblings in this story and how they worked together to make things better on their farm in the face of adversity. Wondering when Abi will get her story...

It’s got drama, angst, jealousy, an ex, and sizzling scenes. This story has Wyatt Dawson getting his second chance with his high school sweetheart, Amber Lane, that got away. Years later she returns with her little girl, Sarah. Can these two pick up where they left off? Is the chemistry still burning? One click this feel good romance for a heartfelt love. I just love the Dawson brothers. They bring excitement to the book pages when reading. Wyatt the oldest of the Dawson brothers shows how he has mature by taking the responsibility of the ranch along with his brothers and sister. Rumor has it that Amber a long lost love of his life has return to their home town. Wyatt is still very much in love with Amber. Amber has returned home with her daughter to escape from her soon to be ex-husband. Amber finds her true self by taking matters into her own hands by choosing to go back to school, and finding love again with Wyatt. The Dawson’s show what family is to one another.

Another great 2nd Chance romance by this author. This story is about Wyatt & Amber. They have been in love since childhood and grew up in Safety, Texas. This is book 7 in the Dawson Brother’s series and it was nice to see this couple get their own book. This has been a lovely series. I’ve enjoyed each book in the series. This story is filled with many endearing and sweet moments as well as some unexpected twists and turns. Reading about the Dawson family has been a great read. Unfortunately, Wyatt and Amber have to jump through a few hoops before they get their HEAs❣️
I have to say I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the previous Dawson’s, but it was still a good second chance romance which I do love❤️

Another Dawson Brothers hit. This one gave us what we had been waiting for, Wyatt to get his happyending. Amber and him finally got to go back and redo their childhood romance. They made it work even if things had a few bumping roads. I'm so glad to have been able to read this series, it just makes my heart happy. I give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.

Such an incredible story about first loves and second chances. The story of Wyatt Dawson and Amber Lane will give you goosebumps.
Amber Lane moved back to Safety, TX after her separation to go back to school and fulfill her dream of being a Vet and have help from her parents taking care of her young daughter Sarah. Wyatt new that Amber was the one that got away and when he saw her for the first time since coming back he knew that. Know just to make a second chance succeed.

Ali Parker delivered another great story in the Dawson Brothers series with "I Hope You Dance." I'm a sucker for a good second chances story - and this definitely fit the bill. Amber and Wyatt were childhood sweethearts. When she returned to town years later - in the process of getting divorced and with a daughter - they got a chance to rekindle their romance. Their story was sweet, with the right amount of heat. I really enjoyed their story.

Loved it!
I just loved Wyatt and Amber story!! They were high school sweetheart until she moved away and when she divorced and moved back with her daughter Sarah and found Wyatt again. The feeling were still there and Wyatt was not just in love with her but her daughter too!! It is a heart warming story and I would recommend this book to anyone!

2nd chance romances, who doesn’t love them. Wyatt is working the family ranch worth his siblings, when he finds out his previous girlfriend is back. Amber is having issue coming to terms with, why she is getting divorced, and running into her old flame. Great story, loved it❤️

Book 7 of the Dawson Brothers story, and it doesn't get old. Ali doesn't disappoint in this second chance of Wyatt and Amber. They were high school sweethearts but now adults... and the story continues. Each of these books are a stand alone but give you more background info if you read the entire series from the beginning in order. I really like this family

Wyatt and Amber were high school sweethearts. He was destroyed when she moved away. Now she's back and going through an ugly divorce. However, the love they had in school is still as potent today. I enjoyed the family dynamics and finding new friends. Tough love from said new friends. Wyatt and Amber dealing with their feelings with maturity. Cannot wait for the next book.
