Untamed is another fantastic romantic suspense in Shirleen Davies’s “Eternal Brethren” series. This series is about a group of SEALs whose mission is to pretend to be part of an outlaw motorcycle gang. Their assignments are to secretly capture criminals, such as drug dealers and human traffickers. They do this anonymously.

This book concentrates on the relationship between Quinn “Wrangler” McCord and Rebecca “Becca” North. They seriously dated ten years ago until Wrangler joined the Navy. When Wrangler left, he never communicated with Becca again.

Becca moved away to raise her son and to forget Quinn. She had to give up her dream of being a lawyer so she could scrimp and save to raise her son on her own.

Now, Becca and her son have moved back to Liberty Lake, Arizona. She is a paralegal and has managed to get a great job with a lawyer. Ironically, her new employer is the wife of a member of Eternal Brethren, the outlaw motorcyclists/SEALs.

Becca is bitter and angry at Wrangler for “throwing her away.”. Therefore, she wants nothing to do with him. She has not forgiven Wrangler for leaving her without looking back. Now she is an independent, hard-working woman who doesn’t rely on anyone else for help.

On the other hand, Wrangler has become a womanizer in the past ten years. He doesn’t care about anything except his motorcycle gang and their missions. Yet, he still had not attempted to find Becca. Of course, Becca accidentally runs into Wrangler and fireworks explode.

Ms. Davies is a skillful writer who can write a complex plots with lots of intrigue. Eternal Brethren’s latest mission is to capture a group of men who also happens to be involved with threatening Becca. This author skillfully creates a plot that has the Eternal Brethren mission intersect with Beca’s problem. There are many obstacles that Becca, Wrangler and his group run into as they work to capture the enemy and to keep Becca and her son safe.

I love this series because Ms. Davies skillfully creates three-dimensional characters that do not always do the correct thing.. In this book, both of them have made huge mistakes, but deep down inside, they are good people. Plus, Wrangler does a fantastic job of groveling to Becca which helps Becca, and the reader, forgive him.

This book is a page-turner with lot of action and intrigue that doesn’t let up until the very end.

This book was full of suspense. The only thing I would say is that it can be quite difficult to keep track of the different characters particularly when you throw in the men's real names together with their nicknames. And then when adding in New character names, I had to read the list a few times to keep them straight in my head.

This is Quinn “Wrangler” McCord the youngest McCord brothers story he has a reputation as a pranker the love and leave them guy that will never settle down but what is brothers don't know is that it is all a front for a heartbreak he has never gotten over. When he joined the navy he left behind the only woman that he ever loved all his family believe that she left him because she didn't want the military life what really happened was he left her with no choice as he ghosted her. What he didn't know was that she was pregnant with his child when he left. Rebecca “Becca” North has worked hard to build a life for her and her son and she has recently got a job as a paralegal working for Cara McCord she has no idea that Cara is Quinn's SIL and that her past is about to become her future When danger strikes will Quinn be able to keep Cara and the son he never knew he had safe and will these two damaged lovers finally get their HEA

This is intense, dramatic and suspenseful. The war between the MC's is getting closer and new players are introduced. This was not my favorite book, in fact I lost a lot of respect for several characters. I hated Wrangler, he's selfish, harsh, demanding and unpleasant. Becca is weak, vulnerable and impulsive. Wrangler ghosted on Becca after a 3 year relationship, in which they made plans for the future, knowing she would never see him again. When Becca discovered that she was pregnant she tried repeatedly to get ahold of him and couldn't. Finally she gave up and went on with her life, and raised their son alone. It had been 10 years since Becca and Wrangler had seen each other when he ran into her at a burger place. And discovered he had a son, then immediately contacted Cara to file for joint custody, papers Cara already had ready. The rest of the storyline between Wrangler and Becca ticked me off. The other storyline is getting more intriguing and suspenseful, I can't wait to see what happens.

FREAKING OUTSTANDING!!!
OH MAN! One gut-wretching, heartbreaking, soul searching wonder that can have you standing tall and strong as steel one second and on your knees broken with your head down the next. All the angst, suspense and speculation along with all that drama, tension and intrigue go hand-in-hand making one outstanding adventure. Throw in a little danger and you have one prize winning nailbiting delight. Twixt and twined and put through the wringer brings this piece of perfection bursting to life flawlessly. Shirleen really nailed this bad boy and kept me on a razors edge from start to finish. Twists and turns abound along with a few bumps and bruises make for one exceptional experience. The characters are genuine, tangible and realistic with such depth and qualities that make it easy to relate. The scenes are so vividly descriptive with such colorful detail its easy to picture each scenario as they play off one another in perfect balance. Outstanding job Shirleen, thanks for sharing this amazing little jewel with us.

What a great read it’s one of those books that is difficult to put down. I enjoyed it just as much as the previous ones in the series now find myself wishing that I had the next one to read. Once again Shirleen Davies has written charismatic main characters who because of events in their past have to build a new relationship. This book keeps your interest through danger, romance, a gripping storyline, and interesting characters who have to overcome the hurt of the past to build trust in their new relationship after meeting again. As it is written as part of a series there are characters in the book that you have met in the previous books and others that you have a little introduction to their story which will hopefully be developed in a future book, but this book could easily be enjoyed as a stand alone. Highly recommend this book and really looking forward to the others in the Eternal Brothers series.

Life in the Eternal Brethren Clubhouse is definitely “untamed” and active at all times. The Posse of men, who are the original members of the group, would lay down their lives for each other. Hiding in plain sight, so to speak, they work to protect us here in the homeland, after serving our country abroad. Sounds heavy but it is a wonderful story-line filled with reality, intensity and mystery. I love these men though they are rugged individuals. Quinn “Wrangler” McCord, is a member of this Posse and this book is his story. His life of dedication and struggle as he takes on any and all jobs, as requested, is compounded when he learns of a son. I smiled, I dropped tears and I laughed at situations as I read and loved this book. It is an adult read with sensual scenes that are written to perfection. I was privileged to receive an ARC copy.

This story is part of a series about a group of military men going undercover as bikers, in order to protect the country from criminals.
I have to confess that I have not read the previous stories in the series, and for that reason, I felt I was at a disadvantage in being total submerged in the group.
That said, the story was filled with action, hunky good guys, very evil bad ones, angst and of course, romance.
Quinn/Wrangler McCord and Rebecca/Becca North are the main characters in this story.
These two had a history , one that left Becca devastated and pregnant, and Quinn , a man with regrets. But fate brings them together and when Quinn discovers Becca’s secret and that she is in danger, all bets are off.
The plot was engaging and the complex characters believable.

Awesome military/motorcycle club romantic suspense. Ms. Davies does it every time. She gives readers a story that's realistic and has characters that you can relate to. The blurb gives a good description of the story. I enjoy series that have characters from previous books visit as it does in this book. Becca has struggled to raise her mind year old son so when she gets a job offer she moves. She never expected to run into Quinn after almost ten yeats. Both their lives have complications and struggles to try to see if a second chance is possible. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Davies especially in this series.

This series is a fresh new premise and different than the author’s previous writings. It exceeded my expectations.

If you like alpha males with a protective streak a mile wide, a tough exterior and tender heart...if you like strong, independent yet vulnerable women this series is for you!

Although these books can be read as stand alone novels the full experience comes when you read through from book one, “Steadfast.” The Eternal Brethren have each other’s backs and if you become one of theirs, you are part of their family—period.

Each book in the series is well written, has great character development and draws the reader into the action. With edge of your seat suspense and love that will have you gasping for air, you can’t lose.

I loved this book and this series.

Quinn "Wrangler" McCord had a girlfriend through high school they planned to marry then he dumped her and broke her heart a long with leaving her pregnant and for ten years he never knew. Rebecca "Becca" raised the boy on her own not even telling Wrangler's parents about Jamie.

Then one day at the Burger Palace Wrangler ran into Becca and Jamie and he figured out that Jamie was his son. Wrangler was furious but after thinking about it he figured the last ten years were his fault as well as Becca's and he wants to repair their relationship.

There are still problems with other outlaw MC's so the danger is still a problem so this book is exciting. The intrigue is also there so this book is a page turner and it goes by very quickly.

Loved this story, I have read the others in the series and can't wait for the next. Ms Davies writes in an easy to read style that does not make it seem as if hours are passing as you read.
Quinn is shocked when he sees Becca with his sister in law. He has regretted the way he cut the only women he has ever loved out of his life when he went into the military 10 years ago. He was a stupid kid who lost what he would give everything to have back.
Becca yells and slaps him and tells him to stay away from her.
As they work through their missions can he get a second chsnc, read for a gripping read.

Wrangler/Quinn runs into Becca whom he abandoned 10 years ago. When he left to join the Navy, he didn’t know she was pregnant and made sure she couldn’t contact him. She traded her desire to become a lawyer for single motherhood. He doesn’t know she is there with their son Jamie. He meets his son for the first time by accident in a restaurant. She has taken a document from a man she was seeing and fled when she realized what he was doing. Now she and her son are in danger because he wants it back. The MC is still very involved in curtailing human trafficking. Lots of emotions and action.

I absolutely loved this romantic suspense story. A Navy SEAL undercover as part of a motorcycle gang, talk about piling heat on top of heat! And when that yummy pile of heat finds out that he has a young child, well, there is always so much emotion when a child is involved.

The characters are brilliantly written, strong and determined. The suspense, intrigue, and the chemistry between the characters bring this book to the top of my "must read again" pile. I definitely need to read the other stories in this series.

Romantic suspense is my favorite genre, and when military romance is added, it is a book I really have to read. I lost this book for a long time when my kindle crashed, (I am not computer savvy). When I finally figured out how to retrieve it, Quinn & Becca's story was just the kind of read I could not put down. A page turner, with everything a reader like me is looking for, Untamed" is a story easy to fall in love with. Not only did Quinn & Becca get a second chance at a HEA, but I got one as well when I was able to read it. **I was gifted a copy of "Untamed" from Booksprout and leave my review voluntarily based on my reading** 5 Stars

I am really enjoying this series. The story line is great and most of the characters are great. Lot's of appearances by the previous stars of Eternal Brethren novels. I really enjoyed Wrangler's story and meeting the son (Jaime) that he didn't know he had. I have little (ok none) sympathy for a character that keeps knowledge of a child from anyone. It was really hard for me to get past that. Shame on Becca, and that's the whole of my feelings toward that character. I am glad they got their HEA, thanks to Wrangler's open mind. I will absolutely read on in the series, this one just struck a nerve for me.

Book four in Eternal Brethren Military Romantic Suspense series a well written story that kept me turning pages, I want to read the next book. This is Quinn “Wrangler” McCord and paralegal Rebecca North and her son Jamie. Quinn finds out what he walked away from and left Becca to deal with herself ten years ago. Now people want to get back at the Brethren and will do anything to hurt them. There is suspense, drama, danger, twists, turns, kidnapping, shooting, villains, and romance.

Wrangler/Quinn left Becca, without a word and with no way of getting in touch with him, after three years of being together. Ten years later she's back in Liberty Lake with her son.
The chemistry is there but they both feel angry with each other.
Then Becca's past comes back and there's baddies everywhere.
It's good to catch up with the lives of the previous characters.
Another great read in the series.

I love this series more with each new book. Wrangler and Rebecca’s story is everything you want in a good story. There are great characters, action, romance all intertwining to create a great story. Becca is Wrangler’s one that got away and he is determined to not make that mistake again. Becca stumbled into Wrangler’s life with secrets that will forever change their lives. I cannot wait for the next book.

this is a great story, Quinn is the younger brother and used to love Becca. can they forgive each other and themseleves ? when Becca is attacked and the office trashed can they figure out what is going on and protect her. if you like supsens and romance you will like the book. this is a steamy story but a good one. i was given the book by booksprout but this is an honest review.

Another fantastic story by this author. There is always plenty of action and the way the brotherhood sticks together. Wrangler learns a secret Becca has been keeping from him. She was his first love, and he did something stupid by leaving her behind. Of course becca is bitter. Can they pull it together before it's too late. HEA.

This is Wrangler and Rebecca's story, my favourite so far. Rebecca with such a troubled past raising a child on her own. Wrangler having walked away from Rebecca lived his life choice of a career in the military. The two are reunited after ten years and the spark between them reignites. A stormy path follows as Rebecca tries to let herself trust the man who left her all those years ago.

Exceptional story of second chance love, action packed and page turning events. I liked how strong emotions were easily described, how wounded heart survived and healed for the love of a child, I loved how Shirleen transmitted the story of lost love, anger for the secrets unraveled into something more, fight of the group of men against criminal and child abduction...High recommendations.

I’m just loving this series by Shirleen Davies. What made this fourth book especially fun to read was the character of Becca’s son, Nate. He’s a delightful boy with wisdom beyond his years. I hope to see him again in future books in the series. Becca and Wrangler’s story is filled with intrigue, romance, and action, all features that make this book a joy to read. Davies is a great writer and her books are well edited that allow you to get caught up in the story without being distracted by poor editing.
