Eeli~

I’ve been training my entire life for this; I need to be the best, the best fighter, the best dragon rider in the entire brotherhood. This is what I was born for. The only problem is that my bonded dragon, Bodhi, and I can’t seem to get it together. One minute I think we’re connecting properly, and the next she’s taking off, leading me to the one guy I don’t want to know: Slash. He’s basically the opposite of me in every way, and I don’t get why he’s suddenly everywhere I turn, but I can’t deny how he makes me feel when he looks at me.

Slash~

Three years ago my sister and I had to come to a new town and started new schools without our parents’ unconditional love and support. My uncle’s an uncaring drunk, so I’m doing the best I can to keep us both clothed and fed with only an after school job. If I didn’t have her to live for, the loneliness would be excruciating. Now, with only a few months until graduation, I’ve suddenly made a friend because of my sister, and another guy keeps stumbling into me who I think needs help: Eeli. I don’t understand why no one else sees how oddly he’s behaving, but I can’t deny my attraction for him is growing with every mishap.

Eeli is the third book in The Brotherhood of Ormarr series. While each book focuses on a different couple, the overall story arc continues in the next installment. For maximum enjoyment, we suggest reading in order. Eeli is a m/m NA romance, and is recommended for adults 18 years and older.

Beautiful

Eeli is a beautiful story of two teenagers becoming the men they are meant to be.

I did have to skip most of the sexy parts, as a Grandma with a grandson the age of the characters I just couldn’t! That’s why I usually avoid YA/NA stories. My hang up though.

The story is beautifully written & I love the entire family and their dragons. There is action, some violence as well as the mourning & grief of being orphaned young.

Each book in the series is written by different authors & so far I love it. The characters & overall story arc remain & we get the writing style & character development of each author in their book. Amazing work!

The ‘Brotherhood of Ormarr’ series is turning out to not just star interesting characters and an alternative reality with a few special tweaks, it also has an ever-building series arc that is suspenseful, surprising, and shows off the creativity of its authors. In this third volume, the focus is on Eeli, the youngest of the Ormarr brothers and his surprising mate, a young man named Slash whom Eeli goes to high school with. All four Ormarr brothers are still trying to find the traitor in their own ranks, fighting the wraiths and their evil riders, and the power struggle between the various factions intensifies.

This is officially my favorite. I loved little Eeli from the beginning and showing how much strength he has in this book, in the face of so much. I’m just so proud of him too. He’s just so special. And he’s so shy to a point, but so fierce. So not sure of himself most of the time, but will still defend all he loves to the death. I just love him so.
Eeli has never had much in the way of friends. It’s hard for him to reach out. Plus, between all the studying he does and the training with his brothers and Bodhi, especially now that they’re bonded, he doesn’t have much time for anything else. But something lately is bothering him about a boy at school. He never thought himself interested in Slash, but every time he looks in Slash’s eyes, he’s enraptured and can’t look away. He can’t figure out why. And Bodhi is making him look like an idiot as he’s wiggling like crazy trying to keep her contained. But one day she finally really gets loose and corners Slash, freaking him out. And Eeli finally figured out why. Now they are having to ‘kidnap’ Slash and his sister to keep their secret safe. But what they are about to learn, is their pasts have them connected in ways no one expected. And fate has found a way to keep things going the way they were supposed to. It’s said that it took murder to get to where they are but they are doing their best to hang in the best they can. After another kidnapping attempt, made on the wrong person, Eeli is fierce in protecting what is his, and the brothers know it’s time to finally find the truth, no matter what it takes.
Eeli really is just so special. And this book is so special in itself. When you read the connections, and how Slash’s little sister figures it all out, it just makes everything click into place. It doesn’t mean it’s not still sad. Grief never really goes away, especially when the family you had was perfect. And also, with the way they died. But little did Slash and his sister realize at the time how special their lives were as well. And now, they’re finding out. They’ve also found something again, they never thought they’d have. A family that cares. It may not be blood, but it’s still held together by love and support and all the things a family should have. And even more, they have a chance at a real life again.
I cried all through this book. It’s so so good. If you haven’t read these books, you are missing out. I can’t wait to see how it ends. Although I have to admit I will be a little sad when it’s over.

A Joyfully Jay review.

3.5 stars

Eeli continues The Brotherhood of the Ormarr dragon rider series and while each story features a new pairing, the books work best read in order as all the characters connect to each other, as well as the larger story. Eeli is the youngest and the smallest of the brothers. He was young when his parents were killed and his brothers, especially Azaran, are like father figures to him. People underestimate him because of his size, but Eeli has been training hard and he’s fast and strong and takes everyone by surprise. He’s ready to turn eighteen and take on more responsibility, but in many ways his brothers still see him as a little kid. Eeli is focused on school and getting top grades, but he has no social life and, at his age, he wasn’t really thinking about a mate and never thought he would find him at high school. Slash seems to be wherever Eeli is lately, though ,and Bodhi, his dragon, can’t stay still when Slash is near and it takes a while for Eeli to figure out why.

Slash shares a room with his younger sister in their uncle’s home. Life is a struggle and the two of them never had a chance to deal with their parents’ death. Slash is so concerned that his sister is okay that he has no social life of his own and he just tries to stay off of everyone’s radar. He notices Eeli and he also notices how strange Eeli has been acting recently.

While I really liked Eeli and Slash/Christian as characters, I thought the novel itself was a bit long-winded. With some further content editing, this could've been reduced by about 30K to make a really tight, high tension storyline. Instead, everything takes forever. The set up takes until 33%, where our MCs do nothing but angrily stare at each other. Elements surrounding the overall series plot of who murdered the Ormarr kids' parents don't appear subtly until 60% and concretely until 70%, after which everything is wrapped up by about 83%. And that was where the story should've ended, or shortly after with an HEA that wraps up Eeli and Slash's individual story arcs, but it just kept going with several more unnecessary chapters.

So while I did like the book, I found myself skimming, especially towards the end. One of the plot threads, like the introduction of a new friend for Slash, was kind of left hanging, especially since this character didn't serve a purpose that I could see. While this book is billed as new adult, it takes place in high school so it's actually young adult, which I can believe because our MCs cry at everything.

What I thought was well done was the relationship between the brothers, the dragons, and between the brothers and dragons. Although I never really connected with Slash and his sister's issues at home with their uncle--mostly because we're told about it, never shown (we never actually meet the uncle)--their backstory with their parents is heartbreaking and there's a scene near the end where they confront their pasts that's quite the tearjerker.

Overall, an okay novel with extremely likeable characters that needed to be trimmed down in word count and better edited for grammar and punctuation.

The beginning of this book was a little hard for me to get through. I really didn’t care much for Eelie the first few chapters and that really surprised me since he was one of my favorite brothers going into this story. I hated his attitude toward Slash and he came across as spoiled and entitled. Slash/Christian, I loved throughout the book. I loved him and his sister and really felt bad for all that they went through. It was good to see him get his HEA. I will say that by the end of the book Malachite has become my favorite brother. I loved the way he bonded with Christian’s sister. I am looking forward to reading his book. As far at the story is concerned, nothing really all that important happened to the overarching story line. So while I enjoyed it, I could have probably skipped it and been fine.

Eeli’s the youngest Ormarr brother and with his dragon, Bodhi, they are the babies of their families. At eighteen years old, he’s just bonded with Bo, and he struggles to keep her in line during school, especially when she tries to escape his tattoo while Eeli’s in class. People think he’s crazy, especially Slash.

Slash is the goth kid of Eeli’s high school. He’s always late, has the rebel attitude and no ambition in his life… at least that’s what Eeli thinks of him, until fate and Bo, force them to realize and understand the inevitable, they’re fated mates.
I adored this book, it’s for now, my favorite of the series (my money’s on Malachite’s story, lol).

Eeli and Slash assumed the worst about each other, they refused to see or understand how attracted to each other they are, until Bo forced them to understand. Then Slash entered a world where magic and dragons exist, and Eeli realized that Slash was more than what he thought and how wrong he was.

I adored them. They were strong and sensitive, they were forced to become adults, especially Slash, but they were still young man, teenagers, and sometimes they were just that, and it was sweet.

They are so sweet, funny, and beautiful together. I adored them, they made me laughed and melted. This book was longer than the two previous, but the plot between Slash and Eeli was longer. It was consistent, they’re only eighteen years old, they couldn’t jump in each other bed like that, fated mate or not. Bodhi was more present than the other dragons, she was definitely the third MC, and it was super funny to read about her antics.

The story was good, full of feelings, I laughed and cried with them, and it was well done, well written, dynamic, and captivating.
I can’t wait to read the next, and last, book in the series.

I'm loving this series and this book is another great addition. Despite the fact that this series is written by different authors, each of these books works and continues the storyline well.

Eeli's story is as funny and sweet as the previous two. I thoroughly enjoyed Eeli's journey of finding and keeping his mate. They were super cute and adorable together.
These young men bonded through adversity.
A great story of love, grief and new beginnings.

I can't wait for Malacite's book!!

Eeli and Christian!

These two boys had my heart from the beginning. Eeli and Bo were so funny as Bo tried directing Eeli towards Christian and when she finally got them to cooperate, it was one of the funniest scenes. I loved that Christian and his sister found a family among the brothers and his accepting all the men and dragons were to the siblings. This has definitely been my favorite book so far!

So here's the thing about Eeli... it was fineish. It started pretty strong, I think I was pretty interested in the story. Though apparently, last night was so long ago I can't remember how excited about it I was.

By the end of this book, or by 89%, give or take, I was bored. I skimmed through the rest of the book, hoping there would be some action or more story building happening (spoiler alert: there wasn't.) That's where I think this book falls short - the whole big picture of this book. The mystery that has been building since book one, I feel like fell flat in this book. The only thing we learn about in this book is the Calma plant. This book was a lot longer than the others, and for no reason, to be honest. I could do without the length. I hate to say this, but I even found Bodhi the dragon a little annoying.

I REALLY hope they do Malachite's book justice... he's my favorite brother by far, and I actually want to hear about his happy ending. I'm also interested in reading about how the story ends.

I was thinking about this while reading this book: if you notice, all of the descendants the most powerful clan are mated with males. Davis' sister (a dragon rider), mated with a female. My theory, that I'm going to put under a spoiler is going to be based on the fact that same-sex pregnancies can't happen. I also could look like a total idiot for this theory after reading the last one, but hey the best books make you think.

If you don't like Eeli (Eyeli -what, how?) as a character, you can skim this book to get the important info, then move onto the last book.

IF YOU SEE THIS, PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR FEEDBACK ON MY NEW RATING AND REVIEW SYSTEM. IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD ADD, CHANGE OR REMOVE TO IMPROVE IT? PLEASE AND THANK YOU, LOVELY READERS.

*Writing is referring to how well the author writes. I mean no offense to the author by mentioning it, but it makes or breaks a book for me 100%.
1 = I couldn’t even get through the first five pages.
2 = Made it to 20-30% before it hurt too bad.
3 = Mostly finished or skipped to the end to finish because it's tolerable, but it wasn’t my favorite.
4 = Really good writing, character development, etc., couple things were weird but overlooked cause it was good enough.
5 = Perfect everything, obviously.

**Level of Smut is referring to how to tame vs explicit it is, which is why I went with this rating system. THIS IS NOT A RATING ON HOW MUCH I LIKED THE SMUT. Kissing and/or making out does not count as smut. Also, when I say ‘sex scene’, if someone has an orgasm, I’m considering it a sex scene; no matter how they get there. It doesn’t have to mean the actual act of intercourse. G (Score of 1) - No smut PG (2) - 1 sex scene books PG- 13 (3) - 2 sex scene books
R (4)- Your standard 3 sex scene book. These generally aren’t as long of sex scenes or as descriptive.
X-Rated (5) - all the good stuff is in here, baby, and a hell of a lot of it. This would also mean that the story is extremely descriptive, as well, and would have to include A LOT of sex for me to consider it X.

*** Quality of Smut is referring to how well the smut is written, according to my tastes. I have certain words and kinks, etc, that I am not a fan of and will automatically drop it down if I see it. That may not be the same case for you. I’ll try to include my reasoning if there’s anything specific. (A+ = 5 - E = 1)

**** Did it Make Me Sweat ;) ? Tbh, did it turn me on? Did I want to read more and more sex scenes (The answer is almost always yes)? This is different from quality because of the simple fact that the smut doesn’t ALWAYS have to be A+ quality to make me sweat… or does it??? I guess we’ll see.

Eeli Ormarr is the younger of the four Ormarr brothers. He’s eighteen and getting ready for graduation from high school. He’s always been under the watchful eyes of his brothers: Azaran, Zale, and Malachite and the addition of his brothers mates, Toby and Davis. Eeli has always been focused on school and the intense training of being a dragon rider. For his own personal reason, he has one goal in mind to always be the best. His one big problem has always been his bond with Bodhi his dragon. Bodhi has not always been focused as a dragon and caused some odd situations for Eeli, making him look silly, especially in front of one classmate, Slash.

Slash Maddox has a big responsibility, keeping his sister Kyla safe. With the death of their parents they have to live with an unfit uncle. Slash finds himself befriending the schools be hunky football hero, that certainly causes some questions in his mind. Plus, he can’t figure out his strange classmate Eeli, who always seems to get in his way. Slash is hiding away secrets. He has to be careful about what he reveals and who he can trust.

As Azaran has tried to find out about the corruption in the Brotherhood, without any progress, Slashes secrets start to fall into place. Once again the Ormarr Brothers find themselves in danger from the Order of Amsel.

Another first time read for me by two authors, Bobbie Rayne and Steph Marie. They did a fantastic job collaborating for this heartwarming and danger packed story. Eeli and Slashes’ story has many emotional moments with the loss of family. The novel really digs deep into both these eighteen year olds lives and feelings about so many tragic and new experiences to come. Eeli and Slash both find that there are people in their lives that offer support. There’s lot’s of sibling teasing and competition but the major part of the novel is about love, understanding, family and the family you make.
Of course all the dragons are back but Bodhi takes over with her unique dragon personality. She brings many moments of humor to the storyline as she creates her special bond with Eeli and get’s him in some embarrassing situations.
Once again, another stunning cover for “Eeli”. The first look into “The Brotherhood of Ormarr” is “Azaran” followed by “Zale”. The final installment to this series is Malachites story. Can’t wait to see what’s planned for him and his dragon, Kesia. And what will be revealed about the evil Order of Amsel? Dragon lovers unite!!

3.5 🌟rounded up

This is a very sweet love story between Eeli and Christian/Slash. The characters are well developed and the storyline flows smoothly. There is a storyline to this book, but not much plot advancement in the series.

Eeli is the youngest of the Ormarr brothers. As we saw at the end of the previous book, Zale, Eeli has finally bonded with Bodhi, his dragon. However, he feels extreme pressure to be perfect in every way in order to live up to his family's expectations. He's great with classwork, and training with and without Bodhi is going well, but during certain times at school, he feels like he has no control over his bond with his dragon.

Slash, AKA Christian, is in a horrible situation. He and his sister's parents have died, and they have been sent to live with their uncle, the town drunk. Not only does Christian feel that he has to hide his deplorable living conditions, but he must also protect and provide for Kyla.

When Bodhi has had enough, she takes drastic measures that change everyone in the family and Christian and Kyla's lives. With a lot of persuasion and observation, Christian finally starts to accept what is right in front of his face and his heart. Once the family is somewhat stabilized, they learn more about Christian and Kyla's past and their connection to the dragons and dragon riders of the clans outside of the Brotherhood.

When Christian's life is in danger, he realizes something that his mother had been telling them in the past. This secret and Kyla's knowledge and skills could solve one of the most important problems the dragons of the clans have been facing. Basically, other than a brief mission at the beginning, and off page missions mentioned, this development was the only advancement in the plot of the series that I noticed. That is, of course, aside from the fact that the family has two new members, and they get their HFN ending.

Happy reading!

This is a fantastic New Adult romance and great addition to the Brotherhood of Ormarr series.
Eeli is the youngest Ormarr brother and has just fully bonded with his dragon Bodhi. He's struggling with her when at school though as she tries to come out at the most inopportune times, namely when Slash is around. Slash has his own troubles with school work and ensuring his sister is looked after whilst they live with their drunk uncle after their parents passed away three years ago. My heart went out to Slash and the pressures he's under with what has happened in his recent past. His sister is the bright spot in his life at the moment, at least until things become clear about Eeli and his erratic behaviour. It's a rocky start between our MC's as they are at odds with each other at school and it takes a while before anything has the chance to develop but it also gives us a chance to get closer to the men individually. There are a few funny moments abound with Bodhi acting up at times and Eeli trying to control a dragon makes for some laughs. The dragons in each of these books have their own individual personality and really add something to the story.
Alongside the blossoming relationship between Eeli and Slash is the series story arc that builds and adds a big part that includes all of the family! Heartbreaking but truly loving scenes as the whole family comes together to support each other. We get more time interacting with all of the brothers and their mates, laughs and love aplenty. I'm really looking forward to Malachite getting his book and discovering who's behind the trouble.
Definitely recommend this book and series. They should be read in order due to the character connections and the story arc that spans the series.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

Young love

This was one of my favourites within this series was with a great relationship arc, some true family bonding and involvement, and more fascinating information about this dragon riders world. The only thing I worry is that not enough went towards finding more about the Order and with only one book left it could be a rush ending.

This book had a bit more innocence and puppy love to it as it does involve two eighteen year olds. Though Eeli is only eighteen he meets his mate at school, Slash, a guy in his grade. The two have been noticing each other all year but often in an antagonistic way more than anything. But realizing that Slash is his mate has Eeli kidnapping him to keep him safe (this family!), but with the help of all his brothers he gets the chance to really have something with Slash. The slow burn development from annoyance to crush to sweet young love is lovely over the course of the story.

This book really connects back well to the last two. Despite being about this couple it in no way exists in a vacuum. The lessons of what happened with Azaran and Zale's mates and the troubles they went through help guide Eeli and Slash. All the brothers are there to support them, to remind them they always have family. It was a book of both romantic love and family love which was beautiful.

Eeli and Slash each have hurts in their past that they work through being together. In each case it is about family and loss. They balance each other well and bring out these issues, letting them talk and heal. It was clear that though they were young, this was love that could grow and evolve, being together through any trials to come.

An excellent addition to this series I eagerly anticipate reading the last book!

The next chapter in the saga will propel you forward. From high school angst, secrets, misunderstandings, and horny teenagers to true love, albeit young love, this book has it all. I loved every minute.
EEli just wants to graduate already. Since their bonding when he turned 18, his dragon Bodhi gets upset every time they are around Slash. But Eeli can't stop looking at his eyes, and his singing voice enraptures EEli. But he's a bad boy, right, not his mate. Slash is hiding from the world. Caring for his sister, Kyla, keeping her away from their drunk uncle, working to keep them fed, Slash has little time for friends. But something about the nerdy, jerky boy, Eeli, captivates him. When Bo can't contain herself and jumps into Slash's arms, and he screams and tries to run away, she transforms into a hallway sized dragon to prevent him leaving. Eeli does the only thing he can do; he calls his brothers and kidnaps his mate, along with Slash's sister. Hey, it worked for Zale & Davis, right? Unlike her brother, Kyla immediately falls in love with the dragons, and they with her.
As their story progresses, long buried secrets are revealed, along with a savior. Slash is Christian, no longer hiding. The legacy left by his parents comes to light. And you get to see a lot of horny boys fulfilling their needs!
I loved this book. Cliffhanger! The saga concludes in the final book, Malachite. I can't wait to read it.
This book contains adult themes and language, MM sex, some violence, and is intended for mature 18+ readers.

Love, adventure, and dragons!
First of all I need to state how much I LOVE this series. The world that has been created by these amazing authors is magical, exciting, funny, heartwarming…I could go on and on…
The next thing I need to state is how much I adore Eeli and Slash but I wanted to smack them in the face in the beginning so they would just talk to each other and realize what is right there in front of their faces.
Eeli: Strong, fierce, protective, and oh so sweet. He is a great mix of strong and tender. Something I really liked about Eeli was he did not fit the typical mold of the youngest sibling of four. He was responsible and did everything he can to be an equal member of this family who gives so much to protect others.
Slash: Strong, fierce, protective, and oh so sweet…ok I know that is the same words I used to describe Eeli but they all fit just in different ways. The relationship that Slash has with his sister is enough to make me adore him and that is just the start.
Although they share so many of the same qualities since they lead such different lives when Slash and his sister are exposed to amazing world they blend and work as a unit. Well once they decide to let each other in.
I cannot say how much I LOVE this series. If you haven’t read the first 2 books please do. The only bad thing about this book is there is only one more in the series and I will miss these characters and their dragons (especially the dragons) so very much!

Eeli is book 3 in The Brotherhood of Ormarr series and it needs to be read in order since there's a continuing storyline that started in book 1.

I was a bit wary of reading Eeli, mostly because I need to be in a special kind of mood for YA (I know I'm weird)—and while it's labeled NA, these guys are 18 and still in high school, so for me it's YA, sorry—and frankly, after reading the first 25% I put it down until this weekend, and then when I picked it up again, I devoured it!

I loved both Eeli and his dragon Bodhi's antics, they were so much fun to witness. Hahahahaha! They just wanted to win Slash/Christian over as their mate, but Slash didn't make it easy for Eeli. It took me longer to like Slash, mostly because he kept Eeli at arm's length, which was understandable all things considered, but just rubbed me the wrong way when he ended up hurting Eeli. *pets Eeli* Christian and Eeli were sweet together, though and Bodhi and Christian's sister stole the show in every scene they were in.

All in all, I really enjoyed Eeli and Christian's story and I can't wait to find out who is behind the Order of Amsel (although I have my suspicions) and how it's all going to end in Malachite's book. Very recommendable!

3,5*

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:

5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-
Away-book like
‘Jesse's Smile' or ‚Joey’ from Angelique Jurd,
‘Save the at he kids' series from EM Leya,
‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or
'Liberty' from Seth King),
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often reread and is a
WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises
(like most of Andrew Grey’s books)
it's like an A

3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few
times a year (most romances where you can
enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in
hospitals). I can recommend them definitively!
It's like an B+

3* - it could be more then a one-time-reader,
maybe 2-3 times a year. It’s like a B

2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-
reader (i wouldn't recommend it heartily, but
it was ok). It's like a C-, D

1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (too
many mistakes, not nice plot, illogical, so an
absolut NO-GO). It's like failure in the whole
line, dismissed, repeat the class

The Brotherhood of Ormarr is a series comprised of four books written by different authors. I’m reviewing this book after I finished reading the entire series. The Brotherhood of Ormarr focuses on four brothers who are dragon riders and live in a world similar to our own contemporary world. Eeli is the third book in the series and cannot be read by itself. Read Azaran and Zale first.

Eeli is the youngest of the Ormarr brothers, but has the biggest chip on his shoulder. He’s determined to be perfect, no matter the cost. Christian is a struggling older brother to his sister trying to survive a desperate situation. Both boys are traumatized in their own way, and watching them come together and grow-up was heartwarming. It took a while, but they finally admitted their love for each other and that, along with their endless support and comfort, they were able to face the difficult trials and tribulations.

Overall Rating: 4 Stars. This story was a slow burn that sometimes dragged on a little bit too long for me. However, the overall cuteness and sweetness of their relationship made it really enjoyable to read. The writing was good, and the plot really picked up with secrets being revealed.

This book was such an emotional read. Eeli is the youngest Ormarr brother. He's always felt like the baby and suffers from feelings of inadequacies because his brothers are such fierce warriors. He puts so much effort into being perfect and the best at everything because he feels like a failure. He's also having difficulty controlling his dragon who's basically the same age as him. It's especially prevalent in school around a classmate, Slash. Eeli has been pretty much indifferent to him throughout their encounters because he doesn't understand how he operates. He feels like Slash doesn't care about school and gets away with certain privileges. Slash has cared for his sister for a long time, since their parents tragic deaths. He has an inordinate amount of responsibility on his shoulders because their home life with their uncle is far from idyllic. Secrets are exposed and the boys have to learn to trust one another and realize that things aren't always as they seem. There's trouble for Slash when he's mistaken for Eeli and a rescue mission is enacted. Watching them learn to love one another and become a family was a beautiful thing

Awwww, the sweetness in this book! Slash and Eeli are the cutest and Bo's shenanigans are adorable. She's tried anything to get the two young men together, to the point that poor Eeli was loosing faith in ever having any control over his dragon.
Slash being his mate is a shock to Eeli because he's had him around for three years at high school without any indication of what they meen to one another. Sure,Slash has always fascinated him,but not in a good way,and now they both have to get over all the time spent trying to avoid each other.
Of course, there's still danger, other attacks and the mystery of who's behind them, but the third installment of the series is absolutely entertaining. They's so much funny confusions at the beginning, Bo's interferences, Slash's introduction and then getting used to a world of magic and dragons, not to mention the sweet and touching way Eeli and Slash are together. The story is delightful from the first page to the last and I can't recommend enough!

This is Eeli's coming of age, and him finally bonding with his dragon, Bodhi who I just adore. So Bodhi is attending school with Eeli. She has suddenly become restless especially in a couple of classes and Eeli can't figure out why. It appears that another classmate, Slash who is the resident goth, has Bodhi intrigued. She apparently knows something that Eeli has figured out, Slash is his mate. Poor Slash/Christian and his sister have gone through a horrible childhood. They witnessed the death of their parents and are being raised by a less then attentive uncle. When Bodhi reveals herself to Slash, they have no choice but to "kidnap" him & his sister. We find out how their parents were connected with the dragon clans & what their mother was talented in doing. There is some justice brought and we still don't know who is behind everything but with one more book left in the series, the last book is going to be explosive.

YESSSS!!!!

I was waiting for Eeli's story after the first sentence of the first book of the series.

Eeli came to age, and his bonding with his dragon is due. But with bonding came something else too. It seems his dragon, Bodhi, is as restless as she never was before, putting him in awkward situation in front of Slash, the resident goth boy of his high school.
Eeli being always the achiever, can't let Bodhi's out of normal behavior cost him his valedictorian speech!
Slash always late from his first class and he can't stand it anymore the side-eyes he gets from the perfectionist EEli Ormarr. He can't stand the guy, at all. Except when their eyes met and it seems they can't break the contact. Slash is confused about all this. The always centered-boy lately behavior troubles him. It seems Eelis is on something or more so, he skips his meds altogether...

I love YA, and this is an absolute 5 *!

Congrats to the authors for this great story!! I can't wait for the next in the series!

NA Dragon Rider MM Romance

3 stars!

This is book 3 in the Brotherhood of Ormarr series. Each book focuses on a different couple but should be read in order due to an overarching storyline.

Book 3 was different than book 1 and 2. I felt like this one was more juvenile which it should be since it is a love story between 2 high school students. This story was slower paced than book 1 and 2 which was ok because the MCs had to wade through a TON of past hurts! That being said, I felt like this one didn't progress the main storyline as much as 1 and 2 did. Maybe I'm just impatient to find out who the bad guy is. 🤷‍♀️

I did like the chosen family theme in this story but I felt like that became the focus more so than Eeli and Christian calling in LOVE and this might be an unpopular opinion but I'm not a fan of Bo the dragon.

Overall, a solid effort and I'm looking forward to wrapping everything up in book 4!

Sometimes we find our mate when they need us, even when we are young. This is a story about two high-school age guys who have both suffered loss and are working really hard for their families. This was an easy to read book with very likable characters. I really loved how Eeli's brothers step up and help in this story.

We learn more about the brotherhood and the destructive conspiracy that is threatening the dragon riders. Eeli and Slash/ Christian are really great characters and i am looking forward to seeing more of them.

This is the third book of a four book series and it really should be read in order to understand the inter-relationships and some of the plot. I am so looking forward to the last book! Malachite should have some epic interactions as they resolve this story-line.

I was gifted this book from the LesCourt Author Services and i freely give my honest opinion and review.

2 Stars

This one was very underwhelming which was disappointing considering how much I was looking forward to Eeli’s book. The inconsistencies were very annoying. I understand that with so many authors participating in this series that it might be difficult to maintain the storyline wanting to make it your own but it was very distracting. Just one example was the nicknames. If everyone calls Toby Doc why was that never in the first two? Same with Kite. And in the book Eeli goes from saying he only called him Kite when he was young to in like 2 paragraphs calling him Kite again. Also, every time Christian called Eeli “Aye” I cringed a little. The main storyline was also VERY slow. We don’t really get any of the main conflict from the first two books until like 70% of the way through and even then it doesn’t last very long. Overall I am very disappointed and really hope that the final book is more like the first 2 instead of this one.

*WARNING* contains adult m/m sexual situations
Eeli, pronounced eye-lee, is the youngest Ormarr brother. Eeli is graduating, just turned 18, just bonded with his dragon, and feels like he has to be the best at everything. Eeli is also making a complete fool of himself every time he's around a certain green eyed classmate.
Slash just wants work, make sure his sister, gets to school, make sure his sister is fed and cared for. Slash hasn't has friends since he started this school and has not bothered anyone, so what is Eeli problem and why can't Slash stop looking at him?
I have read this series from book one, but each one can be read as a stand alone. I love the versatility of the dragons in this series. All the characters are wonderful. The story is great, I am eagerly waiting to see how far into the Brotherhood that this corruption has gone and who it stemmed from. This story was particularly emotional, it was a tear jerker for, so be prepared and have tissues available.
