Favorite lines and quotes
I am his and he is mine. Right down to the core. I know it, he knows it, the whole damn school knows it, but until we’re able to be the best versions of ourselves, we can’t be together. When we were, we were a ticking time bomb which went off over and over again. We were lethal together. Each other’s drug which we grew way too addicted to. I relied on it. Hell, I’m still addicted, but for us to work, we need to find a healthy middle ground.
This is life. This is love. This is why all the girls around the world read romance books. This is what they’re looking for. A love like this.
“I told you, Tora. Whether you accept that you’re my girl or not, I’m sticking to my word. I’m giving you the fucking world.”
My eyes flame as I watch him, and I realize with every fiber within me that Nate Ryder is my man. No other woman will ever have him, not as long as I’m still breathing. Let the bitches try, but they should be warned that I will be there to knock them down every step of the way.
“Don’t care, babe,” he says. “You’re precious to me and nothing you say is going to change that. Now, try and get some sleep, okay? I love you.”

“Just remember what you’ve got here and what only I can do to your body. How only I know you well enough to know that when I do this,” he says, sliding his hand down my body and pressing his fingers against that bundle of nerves just the way I like it, making me gasp for more, “you want to scream.”
“I don’t need you to protect me, Tora. You should know that when it comes to you, I’m going to do anything and everything it takes to keep you safe and I don’t give a shit if that means losing everything or going away. I can rebuild what I’ve already started, but there’s only one of you and I’ll be damned if I ever let anything happen to you.”
“You saved me from them. I should be thanking you with my life. I don’t know how you do it, but somehow you save me over and over again, and it’s that fierce love you have for me that makes me love you so much more.”
Nate has been my rock since day one. He has loved and celebrated me in more ways than I could have ever imagined. We’ve had ups and downs. Moments where we wanted to wring each other’s neck, but that’s love and all it’s done is drawn us closer.
I don’t know how we got through it, but now being at the end, I like to think that we’re stronger for it. Our relationship has suffered through the hardest trials and as usual, we always come out the other end, hands held, ready to kick ass and face down whatever comes at us next.

Broken Hill Hearts
This was a fun installment of the Broken Hill series, and while it wasn’t particularly exciting, I’m already hooked to this world and the characters so I enjoyed it quite a bit and I was happy to be able to binge this.
3.5 stars for the book, 5 stars for the stellar audio quality!
Absolutely will read every bit of this series I can get!!
Broken Hill Havoc #5
Started out a bit slow, but it was super fun as it showed Tora and Brooke adapting to college life, Jesse at the top of his respective game in high school and Nate starting his business. Before we know it there’s danger, stalking, drama of epic proportions and … darkness.
Brilliantly done.
It’s everything I’d want after the previous books and I’m so glad the author follows through on every detail.
4 stars.
The audio production is nearly perfect and the narrator sounds amazing.
5 stars.
Broken Hill Honor (#5.5)
This installment is so sweet, it could melt your teeth.
It’s such a cute, fun way to wrap up this series and give readers of the series probably exactly what they want for Tora and Nate.
Recommended read—but I advise reading this series in order.
4 stars.

Love this author
Sheridan and takes hard topics and makes them come to life makes you feel them throughout this whole entire series you have Toria dealing with bullying an eating disorder death and sex and all of these topics are hard but when you have one character dealing with that in a relatable way. The author does not make light of any of these issues the major character Toria goes through a lot and you feel for her and you laugh with her and you cry with her that is one thing I love about this author is that she can write stories that have a bit of escapism in a lot of reality. But you still feel the character defects and the character strengths. Broken Hill is one of my favorite series

Have you read the BROKEN HILL Series? Nate, Tora, Jesse and the rest of the crew pop up again in the HAVEN FALLS series so be sure to check that one out as well. The full series for both is available on KINDLE UNLIMITED. I read both of these series in a week (talk about binge reading 🤦♀️😊😂). What can you expect with these series: Bad boys with big hearts, alpha males with badass chicks by their sides, high school drama, bitchy cheerleaders, visits to the ER, fast cars, heartbreak, and epic love stories. Absolutely loved this series. Loved getting to see a bit in the future too.

Freaking wow
So much of this set was absolutely heart breaking!! Tora will shock you beyond your wildest dreams. For every good thing she gets it seems a bad thing knocks her right back down but she is truly a strong woman a dust her self off and gets up and kicks misery's butt each time. My heart broke for her with the scene with Josh!! Like WTF that guy!! So glad he finally got his!! And so glad Tora and Nate finally got their happily ever after all the crap they went through. If you have not read this series please do your self a favor CHECK IT OUT!!! IT IS AMAZING!!🔥🔥

5 stars!!! Sheridan is becoming my favourite author! Wow just wow 🤩 damn this book was the bomb! I loved the main characters but also the side characters too!!! Love love love! Definitely a must read!!!
