Read as a part of an ethics class, very interesting topics and ideas laid out nicely, the explanation is unbiased and does a good job of presenting the issues from a neutral standpoint before presenting articles related to the topic. It was easy to read and did its job well.

I like how the book remained factual when it came to controversial issues. The author rarely added her own personal views, and when she did, she made it clear they were her thoughts. As much as I hated learning about philosopher's theories, I did like to read the case studes and true events that were included in the book. If you want to learn more about issues, and argue for or against them with solid points, this book is for you.
