Faith gets and interview for a job at Hawkins Capital and excited at the opportunity to work there. Alexio is the CEO at Hawkins capital and believes he is interviewing Faith for a very different position. What will happen when sparks fly between this older man and younger woman. Fast-paced read with amazing chemistry and an entertaining story. I enjoyed the flow of the story and I loved the characters. A great read. I loved it.

Three and a half stars ⭐️

Loved the beginning.
Later it becomes kinda dull.
H’s business talks were boring.
Also I wish the h was more self dependant. In the beginning, she was amazing when she didn’t took his money. Later on she was quite helpless and accepted his money. That was quite a turnoff.

Overall, this was safe with no ow-om drama.

Pretty decent book and sorta baby steps into a light version of daddy kink.. just the word daddy and a few spankings but thats it.

Alexio secretary made a mistake thanks to some hackers they mixed up Faiths interview which her interview at his building was canceled and she got another one but at his home, when he gives her a proposal she's shocked what he asks and he's abit angry and shocked a mix up happened. Faith takes off not wanting to deal with that and Alexio has to make sure she doesn't spill his kinda kink he wants to buy her silence.

But Faith doesn't want his money even with her debt going deeper and deeper shes independent and has some trouble accepting help from anyone, as for Alexio shit he was such a great guy even when he wasnt in his daddy dom mood. He wanted to get to know Faith he felt a connection with her and he wants more time even if their isn't no daddy kink play.

No ow/om drama, no cheating, secondary chara, sexy time, Tiny drama, secondary charas, virgin gal mentions of his daddy dom pass

This is another fantastic story. I love reading anything by Kelli Callahan. The stories are always well written and have great character development. I was swept into the story from the first page and didn't want it to end.

Faith is looking for a job when she gets an interview at Hawkins Capital. She is really excited about this. She has always wanted to work there. Her interview is cancelled at the last second. Alexio is the CEO of Hawkins Capital and doesn't have a lot of time to date. He has peculiar tastes so he interviews certain women that will match them. By accident Alexio interviews Faith for that position not for a place in his company. He realizes this too late but this allows him to change his views on dating. Faith is a strong independent woman who doesn't need a handout. She wants something else from Alexio. Will they be able to make things work?

PatientsFaith was nervous, she had the biggest interview with her idol. Alexio Hawkins was owner and CEO of Hawkins Capital and Faith and she really looked up to him, but things don't go as planned and as she sat in the waiting area and saw Alexio Hawkins walk by. Something had happened, something was wrong and her interview was cancelled. Faith was gutted but she said she understood.
But when she gets a message a few days later she quickly gets ready again for her interview. But it was on a Saturday and at Alexio house.? weird but if he was a busy man she would go anywhere to have her interview. It was the strangest interview ever. Alexio was breath takingly handsome and the questions he ask were very personal. Alexio is very demanding and when he explains she will be his for the next 30 day and he wants her to call him daddy its all to much for faith! She explains she is here for a interview for a position with Hawkes Capital not what ever he is talking about, he quickly leaves to make a phone call to his PA. Faith quickly gets out of there!. Alexio can not believe there was a mix up, he would have to pay her off to silence her!
Faith has a lot going on in her life, with her parents, her best friend and now she was finding it hard to get a job. Then to top it off She was getting evicted. When there is a knock at the door she has no idea who it can be. Its a man representing Mr Alexio Hawkins. And he is very sorry for the mix up and he wants to offer her $200,000 if she would sign a contract to not repeat anything about the interview. Faith wants the apology but not from his man she wants it from Alexio and she wants him to come to her home!
And this is where the story really begins oh la la this story had me hooked from the first chapter. I loved reading about their story of acceptance, understanding, Patients and learning new things from each other. This is a slow burner for me but oh so in the right places. I would have to stay this is one of my favourite books from Kelli Callahan. she never fails to entertain us. To blow our minds with the brilliant storylines and characters. Absolutely brilliant story. Loved it loved it loved it!!!!!!!

Oops...............wrong interview..............but right position!

I loved Interview with a Daddy by Kelli Callahan. I think she did a great job writing a wonderful story-line that was entertaining, drew the me in and had me identify with the characters.

The story centers around Faith, an early 20's recent college graduate trying to get her first job in the finance industry. She has an interview with her gold-studded goal company, Hawkins Capital, with the owner, Alexio Hawkins, for a position. It ends up the interview is cancelled and due to some IT issues at Hawkins her interview is rescheduled for Saturday at Alexio's house. Turns out that the job she thought she was interviewing for is not the job that Alexio was giving. I found this hilarious as you could just imagine Faith's face as the confusion and then some sort of realization that things were not quite what she thought after he told her she would call him Daddy and she was trying to get out of there as fast as she could.

So after a bit of Alexio's side doing the old - oops we had a mix-up so sign an NDA and we will pay you a lot of money. And Faith saying I want an in person apology and then we negotiate. I liked that she stood her ground and lived by her own morals even when other things were going on so Alexio's offer would have made her life so much easier.

There was more chemistry between these two than a grade 12 chem lab to say the least. They were flirty, funny, intelligent, and engaging. It was great that she was not at all a "little girl" and he decided to rein in his "Daddy Dom" side so they ended up being able to develop a real relationship with some "daddy" for fun.

I look forward to reading more Once Upon a Daddy series books as they are released.

Faith is interviewing for a position in Alexio's company however the first interview got rescheduled so she thought it was a long shot to get another one. When she got the call for the interview she got excited however the interview wasn't what she thought it would be. Alexio was asking completely inappropriate questions and the longer she was there the more upset she was getting. When Alexio realized the mistake it was too late and he couldn't back stepped fast enough. His secretary got the two interview mixed up and his personal one was the one Faith ended up interviewing for. Fearing for a law suit the immediately started doing a back ground check on Faith to see if they can use anything against her. When Alexio tells them no he doesn't want to go that route. They get worried about Faith when she suddenly leaves town but its not for herself but her friend and when she returns Alexio's lawyer is waiting for her. Forcing Alexio into meeting her all she wants from him is an apology. Sparks fly between them and soon Alexio is getting Faith to call him Daddy like he wanted all along. Can Faith Live with Alexio's terms? Will Faith change Alexio?

This is a great story that will draw you in from the first chapter until the end. The chemistry between the, is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This story is about Alexio and Faith. Alexio is a billionaire who owns Hawkins Capital a company that Faith did her paper on while in school. She knew everything there was to know about Alexio, so when she was called for the interview with him, she thought the greatest opportunity had showed up in her doorstep. Unfortunately, a crisis had hit Hawkins Capital the day of the interview and even though he got a glimpse of her, he had to cancel the interview. She was excited to receive a call to go to his mansion for the rescheduled interview on a Saturday. Unfortunately, this was wrong interview his assistant set up. Alexio doesn’t have time for relationships and he thought he was interviewing someone that would be his submissive for 30 days; once they both realized that the interview was a mistake, she ran out of the house without trying to find out why he was interviewing for such a thing.

The story takes off from there as he is trying to get her to sign a nondisclosure due to the media and all, well when the agreement reaches her, she demands he presents it to her himself in order to negotiate the cost. It is humorous to say the least because she doesn’t back down and neither does, he.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Faith Matthews and Alexio Hawkins. Faith is just out of college and had done her thesis on Alexio's company and him as a CEO. So when she gets a shot as an intern in his company she can't believe it. Things go off the rails when the interview she was meant to have didn't go as planned and when she believes it is rescheduled she is being interviewed for something else entirely. Faith is determined though she knows she will be something amazing if just given the chance. Alexio saw Faith on the day of her interview. He had other things to deal with at that moment though and can't focus on the one woman who drew him in so quickly. When she comes to his home he is still distracted by what is happening in his company that he doesn't realize at first he has the wrong woman in his home. Can these two get through all the issue and find their could be a HEA if they are just given a chance or has that ship already sailed?

This is another great story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Faith was already nervous about her interview at Hawkins Capital because she was being interviewed by the man himself after sitting waiting she was told unfortunately is had to be cancelled & they will call her to re-arrange, however, when she went to the re-arranged interview now at his home (which made her a bit curious) she was offered a job which she was never expecting. After realising that he had offered Faith the job of his sub by mistake Alexio did everything he could by offering money to save his reputation assuming Faith was going to tell the world about his none conventional private life however she wanted him to personally apologise to her he was not impressed by what he took as her blackmail tactics he agreed to meet her & she stunned him by not wanting anything from him but getting to know her he realised he wanted her wanted her in his life but not as his sub she eventually agree to date him & her life changed in a way she didn't expect & her feelings for him changed & she fell in love with him Alexio proving to Faith he could be the man she wanted him to be.
Loved this story so much but as usual Kelli Callahan did not disappoint.

Our heroine landed an interview for her dream job, but an administrative mix up causes her to interview for an entirely different kind of position. When she demands a personal apology from the billionaire CEO, everyone gets more than they bargained for.

This is a daddy dom romance story with lots of steam, some D/S and some spanking. If you are looking for a BDSM story, this is not it. But if you like all the elements just mentioned, than stick around for the ride.

I have read several daddy dom books, including several by this author, and this one may just be my favorite. We have a billionaire that's not a jerk and a heroine that is not a pushover which was enough for me to sit up and take notice right away. In point of fact, we have two strong, likable leads with solid back stories and believable personalities. The writing is very good and the plot is solid, easy to follow and again, realistic. Put it all together and you have a fantastic story that is hard to put down and highly enjoyable.

I cannot recommend this one enough. Highly recommended.

"I wanted everything. I just had to be patient enough to wait so that I didn’t ruin her in the process."

I had mixed feeling about this book. There was nothing wrong with it, it wasn't too over the top for being part of the "daddy kink" genre. I just had a ton of secondhand embarrassment and awkwardness from sooo many of their conversations and interactions through most of the book. It wasn't until I was about 60% through that I felt things weren't quite so awkward. I literally had to do other things WHILE I read through certain parts because the embarrassment was so palpable. However, that is a personal reaction and others might not feel the same way. But if you easily fall into secondhand embarrassment like me, just be aware.

I thought the story was pretty decent and the sex scenes were pretty steamy but I also felt like our heroine was awfully forward for being a virgin but then awfully shy about other things. She was a mystery to me. However, with all that being said and taking my personal feeling out I though it was a good book for this series and would recommend it to those that have been enjoying it. Oh how I laughed during this story and the misunderstanding that lead to so much more, including love. I never thought I'd be a fan of Daddy Dom books, but they are very quickly growing on me, and I find I read them more and more. Kelli Callahan is pretty much my go to author for Daddy Dom, as her stories draw me in so intensely that I forget everything around me.

Interview with a Daddy was a funny and awesome book to read. I loved the story and the way that a simple misunderstanding leads to so much more than a simple job offer. Alexio and Faith develop such a relationship that I couldn't help but fall in love with both characters.

One thing I wonder if there will be a book tying all the characters in the Once Upon a Daddy series together. I do love the little things here and there.

Choppy and incomplete

This storyline started out so well and then just gradually became worse and worse. This is a prime example of a great idea gone totally sideways. If the author had stayed with their original concept this story could have been saved with a little background character information/story and a whole lot of dialogue. It was so rushed that even the sex scenes did not make a whole lot of sense because the intimacy was not built between the characters just all of a sudden the male dom is thinking of marriage after spending one night of vanilla sex with this girls magic who-ha that makes him focus on only her and change every single one of his desires in an instant.... yeah no this one had no relation to the mentality of any one with a dominant personality. I would skip this one if you're looking for a real dom type of male character and a submissive female character because that is not found here.

More tender than the first chapters suggested.
The story is well written, tender enough, with good characters and sometimes very hot. I really liked the departure with two characters diametrically opposed: Faith who has just finished her studies, still a virgin, with a big heart who wants to succeed her interview to work in the company of Alexio, a boss with cold blood and quite arrogant, hard with his competitors. When Alexio's secretary makes a mistake and sends Faith to an interview at home instead of a submissive woman to satisfy his BDSM needs, she runs away. So he tries not to create a scandal, but the only thing Faith wants is an apology. From then on, they begin to discover each other, acting on each other's faults or innocence.

"Interview With the Daddy" is the fourth book in Kelli Callahan's "Once Upon a Daddy" daddy-dom series. It's a bit of a change of pace from the previous entries in that the heroine is a bit older, having graduated from college on her way to a career and seemingly less dependent on the intervention of a rich sexy man to save her. The heat factor on this story is a little less than the previous, but this ends up working in the story's favor, as Alexio is so considerate and willing to build a relationship with the heroine regardless of whether she will ever come to accept a daddy-dom relationship with her. Yet the story is still sexy as well as romantic and frankly more realistic than some of the previous books in the series.

This is the best entry in the series by far. Five stars. I hope the author continues to explore the daddy-dom dynamic in future works.

This new "Daddy" series by Ms. Callahan is a what I like to call a baby-step into the world of the darker themes that include spanking, BDSM, and other erotica. Not everyone is into the Daddy Dom stuff or understands it. These books are kinda like the training wheels version. They are really good, but they kinda do a walk through emotion-wise of what the Dom's and subs go through starting a relationship. The book is open with the complexity of the development in the characters growth and how they feel about the relationship. If you already feel comfortable with the world, then the internal struggle of learning to submit may not be for you, but if you are wanting to explore, these are great book to start with

I finished this book in about 2 hours. I wasn't sure after the first chapter where this story would go, but another chapter I was hooked into finding out how Faith would navigate being fresh out of college and trying to make it on her own. Faith seems like a very independent character, trying to make her own way on her own. Her interview doesn't go as planned with Alexio, the CEO of the company she researched, wrote papers on and had always wanted to work at. It's a cute Daddy story. I did not find anything really intense in the story. Of course it has the happy ending. I would rate this as a novella vs a full blown novel, as there was a lot of fast forwarding months at the end. Character development was there after the first chapter.

This is book 4 in the "Once Upon a Daddy' series and I feel the same way about this book as I have about the last 3. I thought the book was a little flat for me. In this book you have a strong female character which was a good start for me because a lot of times the authors write these ladies as meek. Then you have a male character who comes across as the macho type but may be able to soften up with the right woman. I don't know if it's because the whole "Daddy" thing has been written too much but for me it wasn't as enjoyable as I would have liked. Now having given my opinion and just because these haven't been my favorite books from this author doesn't mean they won't be for you. I have read many books from this author and have loved them. So please read all the reviews as well as the authors synopsis to see if these are going to be right for you.

I really like this book!! Kelli Callahan is a new author to me who I saw pop by an author group I was in and I noticed her booksprout link. I was intrigued by the blurb and decided to give it a go.

I’m glad I did!! Interview With A Daddy was a quick, fun, and unique read. Going in, I got slight 50 shades vibes, but the swapped interview plot line made the book really unique and pulled me in deeper. I loved the stages Faith and Alexio go through in their relationship and to see the progress of the chemistry between bloom. The pacing was really nice and I was captivated the whole time by these two!! This isn’t a full on Daddy/Little kind of story, but if you like just a touch a daddy dom then this is great!

Another entertaining Baby Dom read from the talented author.
Faith thought it was strange that her business hero Alexio Hawkins was interviewing her from his home on a weekend but also very excited.......but the questions....are so inappropriate.....what did her virginity have to do with her wanting to work for him?
Alexio has had a tough week at work, cyber hackers have turned his company on its head, rescheduled meetings, canceled interviews, all he is looking forward to is his next contract with his next Baby girl......but why is she acting so strange? ...
What turns out to be the biggest mistake that could take Alexio and his company down turns out to be the best thing that could have ever happened to the jaded billionaire..

Ms. Kelli Callahan has been a favorite Author of mine for years. The creation of her Once Upon A Daddy series is incredible and this newest installment to the series is amazing. Mr. Gorgeous himself, Alexio has just interviewed the wrong woman for a special job and it is quite possibly the best mistake his PA could of made. Faith is strong and fiercely independent, recent graduate and job hopeful of Alexio's. I encourage all romance readers to follow along as this woman restores his face in love in the most beautifullydesigned storyline that I've had the pleasure to read.

Faith ends up going on an interview for Alexio Hawkins of Hawkins Capital. She thinks it's kind of strange that she ends up doing to his house for an intern interview to work for his company. After listening to Alexio spell out what he wants at the interview he finds that he has made a major mistake. He tries to make amends but Faith drives a hard bargain. Alexio finally gets her to agree to a date. Well you must know that one date leads to another and that's when the story really heats up. Lots of steam and both Faith and Alexio find what they are looking for in each other. Great story. I'll be looking for another story by this author.

This book is part of the Once Upon a Daddy series. Each book in this series is a standalone read but the series is very pleasurable. Holy hotness, this book fits right on in as I knew it would. Welcome Alexio Hawkuns to your reading world and buckle up folks, he will take you on a fantastic ride. Faith Mathews is so excited to get an job interview with Alexio Hawkind, it is her dream job to work with him. However, it seems the wires have crossed and now both characters are left fizzled. As always, Kelli gives us a great story to go with these amazing characters and all the chemistry that they share but can they find their HEA?

This was a very good daddy book as it had plenty of story and action going on. It was not so much a daddy book as a story of two people learning to trust and come to an understanding about their relationship. I loved Alexio's character certainly alpha but very understanding and compassionate when it came to Faith who was determined and excited to be in his company. A couple of stories going on in the background concerning hackers and Jennifer's (Faith's roommate) mum which added to the story. There are four books so far in this series and I have read two of them and they are all up to this very good standard of story. If you like Daddy/Dom stories these are very good by this author.

A Light Romantic Daddy.
A fun little Daddy-themed read. The main characters Faith and Alexio were well written and I enjoyed following them along as they tried to figure each other out; who was willing to make compromises or not; and, who fell in love first.
There was an interesting subplot involving Faith’s roommate, Jennifer. She comes to New York for a visit but I wonder if she’s going to be in another book.
Anyway, definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure.
