Sicko Mode

Emotional Rollercoaster
I went straight from listening to Beast Mode to reading this book (because it wasn't on Audible). In Beast Mode Gray was a weak crybaby, but in Sicko Mode she was the rose that grew from the concrete 3 years later and finally showed her back bone, bravo for that. Unfortunately though, she still handled most situations in her life about as wrong as two left shoes which made me wanted to physically throw my Kindle more than once. Cam, with his 40+ self was still the biggest hot head who stayed on go without ever wanting to listen and he entertained that heaux Devin AKA Duckie for far too long. Aoki and Press now 9 and 13 were way too grown! All of the cursing and Aoki's 13 yr old self dreaming about Priest's grown 23 year old self eating her out was disgusting. Why the author even thought this needed to be a part of the story makes me question her and any reader who enjoys this type of storyline. I literally skipped over almost all of that part of the story. I loved Mo and Kema's grown woman friendship- despite them loving the same man at different times in their lives. The triplets were hilarious and their dialog made me literally laugh out loud. I hated how this book ended, and was sad that Kema and Quans big day got ruined.

Forget my edges being snatched, my Scalp has been snatched bald!!!!!!
Keisha you have done it again!!! I don't even drink or smoke, but after reading this book I need to pour me a glass of Hennessey and light up a damn blunt!!! My nerves are shooketh and my emotions are running all over the place. Without giving anything away I just want to say reading #sickomode was like watching a movie!!! I laughed, I cried, & my adrenaline was pumping through my veins from beginning to end due to the suspense that had me on the edge of my seat. The main & supporting cast was on point ( and I say cast because you wrote these characters with so much accuracy and detail that they jumped right off of the pages as if they were real life people)!!! The entire plot with it's many twists and turns blew my mind (especially the stuff that I didn't see coming)!!! Miss Keisha Ervin I am gonna need you to take a bow because you are a beast with the pen, and the goat when it comes to this urban fiction literary game!!! If anyone has not purchased this book I advise you to do so because I promise you it will be money well spent!!!

Just read the damn book! Take your time though.
There are no words that can adequately express what reading this story made me feel.
I was absorbed more and more after every page, so much that I felt as if I was living it.
Everything from the plot, character development, setting details...etc was fucking epic. Ms. Ervin can do no wrong when it comes to this writing shit! I'm definitely gonna be suffering a book hangover after this. As a writer myself you are one of my biggest inspirations, so thank you Keisha for being the gifted person & writer that you are and continuously sharing your talent and so much more with us. As I patiently wait for the rest of the gangs story, I definitely recommend any book, by Ms. Keisha Ervin especially if you're an urban story fanatic!

This was a pretty good book. I was hoping Cam and Gray would have a happy ending but it wouldn’t be a Keisha Ervin novel it didn’t leave us wanting more. I can’t wait to read the next one but who knows when that will be. Keisha left us hanging in this book. I hope Cam is alive and all is revealed in the next book. In the meantime I have to keep my self-occupied until the next Chyna Black and Gray and Cam book comes out. If you haven’t read the Ethic series please do, Keisha mentions the characters in this book. I love that series by Ashley Antoinette. The next book Butterfly from this series will be released in January, I guess that will keep me busy until Chyna Black’s book is released.

Best Yet!!!
This book has been the most emotional book I have read so far this year!!! The way you put this Story together has left me RAW. It came out while I was on my Anniversary vacation and opened my eyes to so much. My heart is full right now. She know she can put a story together. A REAL novel worth your MONEY, not no 196 page break me down book made into a series. I respect an Author's struggle and I'm always trying to support good work and for that I'll ALWAYS be a fan of Keisha Ervin. Been riding with this lady from the beginning and have no plans of stopping. You keep me thrusting for so much MORE. Job well done!!!

Speechless!
Ok let me start by saying this...Keisha why you do us like that!! I've been waiting on this book for months! Waiting to see how Cam and Grey's story would end, and see how they would get back to the love they shared. When I tell you that this book ending came allll the way from left field!!! WTH!! Keisha you have had a fan in me since I picked up me and my boyfriend years ago,and to see how you have grown as a writer. Wow! Keep up the good work! Will be patiently waiting for more.

I want Gray and Cam back together there love is undeniable and holds so much. passion. Devin need to just bow out gratefully and let it go. Gray isn't letting go of Cam and neither is he letting go of her either .Noon needs to bow out as well. You can't fake true love and Cam and Gray is definitely that. Please hurry with part 4 I need to know what's happening lol

Keisha never disappoints! Cam and Gray had my attention from the beginning to the bittersweet end. I tried to take my time reading it as much as possible, but that only lasted 2 days. I laughed, I cried, & I understood their pain. Cam and Gray’s emotional roller coaster tugs at your heartstrings. Baybeeeeee, I cannot wait (but I will wait...impatiently) for the next chapter in their love story.

Literally in Sicko Mode
Oh my God, Keisha really this how you going to do me, I've went from being mad, to crying, to laughing to now being mad at you for making me wait. I've cried to husband and my son for you destroying me to shreds, they seem to think Im being overdramatic bit whatever. I literally rolled across my bed in a fitl to the floor. Why oh Why you do this to me. Great job my sista a roller coster ride I was on.

Omfg!!!!!!!! Such a great book. I absolutely love Cam and Gray. There were moments I didnt like Cam and moments I didnt like Gray. But omg the ending. Wooooooowww! 👐👐👐👏👏 Such a turn. I loved it. Very well written.
Keisha Ervin is f'ing amazing and has so much talent. I would suggest watch her YouTube channel, follow her on IG, read all her books.

I love the character development, the kids’ storyline is also a great addition to the story. I don’t want to stop reading... The suspense is off the chain. I can’t spoil it for you guys so, READ THIS BOOK!!!! Matter of fact READ THE ENTIRE SERIES. Begin with “Gunz & Roses”, next is “First wives club vol. 1-Melanin Magic, then “Beast Mode” (the name says it all) & keep going. You’ll get angry but every emotion is worth it. Keisha does not disappoint!

How do I survive until the next installment?
I am so in love with the journey of Gray and Cam. Keisha was right when she said expect the unexpected, but I still wasn't prepared for the the things that happen in Sicko Mode. This book is for sure a must READ!!! After u have read First wives club and Beast Mode of course.

Yes I read Beast mode and Sicko Mode back to back in a few hours. This how good this story has been. I can’t express how much I’m enjoying this couple and the real life jewels you’ve dropped. I’m sick that I’ll have to wait for the conclusion but baybee you definitely did this!!!!

Sicko Mode
I’m still riding the roller coaster of Cam and Gray. I love the way Gray bossed up and glowed up. The triplets were just what Cam needed. I’m ready for the true Villains to get their just due. Midway Cam and Gray’s arguments aggravated me. The kids were hilarious. In no way do I condone how the kids behaved, but the “bad bitch” was funny. I need the next book, because that ending left me on pins and needles...all I could say was not the pastor.
