I had these books when I was a kid, and I loved them, so there is some nostalgia bait here for me. I also love Indiana Jones. This one is head and shoulders above the ones not written by R.L. Stine. There are so many different endings, so many twists and turns, so many different ways to go. We spent a week finding a new ending every time. We found good and bad endings, but I don't think we even found "the best ending" this was a ton of fun and my kids kept reading it to keep finding more endings.
Maravillosa aventura de Indiana Jones en la que tú eres el protagonista. R.L.Stine nos trae una buena historia en la que tu decides qué hacer para saber si tienes un espíritu aventurero al nivel del mejor arqueólogo del mundo.
i like how many of the pages end with things like “It was full of SCORPIONS!” “could it be… a DRAGON???” “what were those coming at you? GIANT HAWKS?!”
Well written but a bit boring. The 1st book in the series was much better. This one has a long opening (which you end up reading multiple times) and then most of the branching stories have similar endings -- as if R.L. had an idea for how the story should end and then just made small adjustments to that ending throughout the book.
