Hotel #3

Holmes

Rate this book
It's been six months since Holly broke her heart in paradise, but she didn't let the experience go to waste. She's moved to be close to the beach, and racked up some weekend frequent flyer points getting out to new experiences. She's not living to work anymore, but working to live. That dream job, it's exactly that. Holly's never had a better boss than Roger Holmes. But men. No, no men. Holly can't bear the thought of going through another heartbreak, and with Holmes City Resort hosting the International Conference for Hoteliers in a week, Holly definitely doesn't have time for a man. Yet, two men are standing there, demanding she choose one of them. Can Holly forgive the man who betrayed her and is now ready to try a real relationship? Or will promises kept win her heart back again?

Great Ending to Holly’s Story

This is a great romance. Quite different and yet ticks all the boxes for me. The first two books collide in book 3. Benjamin from Henderson is back trying to win back Holly’s affection, but she is very much still hung up on Sean from Cassidy. While the first two books could be read as standalones, you really need to read Henderson and Cassidy before picking up Holmes. It’s worth it.
Sex: Yes. Though honestly, way less than in the second book. Like Henderson, there was only one described intimacy scene, so if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to gloss over.
Plot: For the Novella’s these books are, the plot and characters are well developed. Olson’s trademark twists are still present for those who love her Suspense style of writing. The book was written in such a way that you were only a few chapters of the end and still unsure who Holly, if any, was going to choose.
I can’t recommend this series enough.

Finally we get to see who will Holly choose!
Throughout this book I was at the edge of my seat not having a slightest clue who will win Holly's heart and how it will be done.
Ebony wrote it perfectly and kept the right amount of suspense all the way through series and especially in third book.
Love it and highly recommend it!

Holly's heart has been crushed into little pieces by the revelation of Sean Cassidy's heritage and connections. Sixteen months ago she escaped back to Australia, but now the past wants to make amends with her, and neither of the men is willing to give her up.

I read the first three books within two days.

Enjoyed it, read it in a few hours.

I'm the first book loved the fact, it was everyday Australian colloquialisms used. A bit annoyed when elevator and college was used, in this book. Some grammar issues, nothing major.

Oh yeah, it's a happy ending.

Enjoyed them very much.

Now I want to runaway to Hawaii.
