It's funny how this book was published like six months ago and it's already outdated because BTS keeps breaking their own records. Like, according to this book, BTS have 14 million YouTube subscribers, yet last time I checked which was today watching Hobi in the Bangtan Bomb about EGO, they have over 31 million. They've also released two albums (well as soon as Map of the Soul: 7 comes out in two weeks) that this book didn't account for.

Aside from that, there were a few factual discrepancies I noted, like how it said J-Hope was the 2nd to join BTS and then ten pages later it said he was the 3rd to join.

The pictures used... well, I wouldn't say they were any of the members' best photos. Especially poor V lololol but I mean, iss BTS, so iss fine.

Kinda makes me wanna write my own BTS biography. Like any ARMY could easily come up with all of these facts plus much, much more about our boys whom we love with a purple passion.

I really liked the tiny section for each member where it said what a few members had to say about their fellow member, though this could have definitely been expanded easily, but meh.

Also, I appreciated the little bit of information about the K-Pop industry as a whole, not just BTS.

One last thing: J-Hope is not a horse.



Does this beautiful hunk of man meat look like a horse to you? Can a horse even DO that with its fingers? I don't think so, bitch. I don't think so.

I've been a fan of BTS for two years now but just recently have become pretty obsessed with them as I began watching their YouTube videos and getting to know them as people. This was a quick and easy read with some basic information and some cute photos. I'm most excited about reading that the guys have signed another 7 year contract. I really hope I get a chance to see them in concert before they retire!

Also, I appropriately finished reading this on Suga's birthday <3

It's ok, I like to read these books, even though they are unoffcial and I know it, only because I sometimes discover new things or pics. That's it. Also they are nice distractions during study pause.
