The old cliche of reading a self help diet book on New Year's Day!

What I love about this book is the lack of bs.

No demonising of a certain food group or promises of unicorn tears, its just straight science.

What a great book! It is as it is..eat less calories than you need. Eye opener were the pictures for the choices you can eat. I am an avocado eater as wel..but a small avocado had far less calories than a large one and instead you can also eat a toast with chocolate paste. The book changes the mind. With a thyroid problem it is good to read that small changes can start a difference. Loved the book. Don’t spend all your money on all the diets…this is only losing you a lot of money instead of kilograms.

Fantastic! This is one of those rare ‘diet’ books where it’s not actually a diet. It eliminates the BS ‘fat busting tea’ and fad cultures and encourages awareness.

By simply opening your eyes up to small changes (sugar in tea, having a biscuit or two instead of a packet etc), it doesn’t make you feel like you have to make drastic changes or even starve yourself.

It’s a well presented book and easy to read - a must for anyone who needs a little encouragement!

I love this book. It's easy to read with all the info-graphics, humorous, and I love how he debunks all the diet myths out there. He makes it super simple...because it is. Many of the info-graphics are eye-opening as well, when he compares portions next to each other.
I started macro/calorie counting before reading this book, and it works. Calories in, calories out. This book just confirmed and cleared up what I believe.

Decent book. I’ve followed this guy on Insta for ages. He speaks the truth and does it in an easy to understand way, no complicated diet just straight talk.

He is also pretty funny when he takes the pi55 out of “mainstream diets”.

Worth a read, the graphics are great.
