This is definitely not a book I would read for leisure (read it for work), and also the Clausewitz references were far too triggering having studied/avoided studying his work at uni 😬. It was quite repetitive and I think a lot of it felt fairly obvious and not revolutionary (I wonder if that’s because it’s been quite a few years since it was written, or maybe a generational thing). However I can see that much of it could be quite useful to people involved in decision making who haven’t fully thought through this stuff, or people who are not naturally data-minded.
