Welcome to Mighty Minions Resort.
Jimmy’s personal hell.

All Jimmy wants is a booster shot of DNA scrambler so he never has to find his one-true soul mate. But life rarely goes the way you plan it.

After dropping Xyla off on Blue Sand Beach for a little vacay with her sexbot girlfriends the Big Dicker has to make an emergency landing on the demon-themed Mighty Minions Resort. Picture hordes of exasperated parents, sticky, crying kids, and a park AI that seems determined to suck every credit out of his Harem Station bank account.

The only good thing about Mighty Minions from Jimmy’s perspective—it’s not the place you meet your soul mate.

Until outlaw Cygnian princess, Delphi, shows up and shatters all his best-laid plans.

But Delphi isn’t there to fall in love with Jimmy.

She’s there to kidnap him and take him back to her boss, the Loathsome One.

Big Dicker is a full-length, romp-y, Sci-Fi Alien Romance that features hot, soul-mate sex on a family-friendly resort, a sentient ship with a strip poker problem, three drunk-outlaw sexbots on vacay, a crazy, but misunderstood, dragonbee bot, and an evil villainess who has big plans for Jimmy’s sperm.

Sci-Fi Alien Romance.

It’s been so long since I read the last book, I forgot how totally awesome this series is!

I remembered liking the first two Harem Station books I had read (Booty Hunter and Star Crossed), and thinking they were surprisingly much better than I originally thought they would be. Of course I thought they would be pretty smutty and funny being that they centered around alien races where the males were Akeelians which means that genetically they have purple eyes and not one, but two magnificently long, marvelously thick, exceptionally big …. Well you know what I mean.

The women are Cygnian Princesses and because their race was dying out the Princess were genetically altered to find the one Akeelian that they are able to mate with. They light up all pink or silver when they have the big O. But when they find “the one” the they pretty much light up like the sun at first touch and the urge to be together is like a biological imperative.

So with a premise like this you would think these books would be nothing but dirty jokes and steamy scenes one after another. Don’t get me wrong, there are some pretty hilarious jokes about the various alien physiology, but the the storylines are more about the romance than the intimate scenes. There are also separate storylines about other things, such as what is going on in their worlds, such as this breeding program that involves the Akeelian males and Cygnian Princesses.

There is also separate storylines about Harem Station where Jimmy and his brothers (really just several good friends) are from. They escaped to Harem Station years ago from their own planet when the oldest of them named Crux was involved in a breeding ceremony. There was a sentient AI on Harem Station named ALCOR that allowed the teens to live there and they ended up starting a thriving outlaw community. Now they are all wealthy.

Jimmy frees sentient bots and brings them to Harem station to live as free “people”. They also allow sentient ships to come through the gates and be free at Harem Station. Jimmy’s ship Big Dicker is one of those ships. Jimmy’s mother died when he was very young and he named it after a constellation in her galaxy he remembers her telling him about.

“The name of the constellation. It’s not Big Dicker, you idiot.” She laughs.
“I mean, it was kinda cute when you were a three-year-old. But hearing you say it as a grown-ass man… well, that’s just stupid.”
“What the fuck are you talking about?”
“It’s the Big Dipper, you oaf. Not Dicker.”

Jimmy ends up having to land his ship on a vacation planet for families after Big Dicker gets a virus and that is about the worst possible place he can think of because it is a place filled with kids and Jimmy hates kids. He ends up meeting a Cygnian Princess named Delphi who he thinks is his one. She is in trouble and has a bunch of secrets and there is a ton of action from then on. I completely loved the book and want to read the next book!

*I received a free copy of Big Dicker. This has in no way influenced my review which is honest and unbiased.*

Big Dicker continues the story of some of my favorite humanoid aliens! The puns, the fun and the hotness grabbed my attention from the start, and I had a lot of fun with Jimmy's story! Especially because nobody could ever pronounce his name right - that had me giggle each time :) Delphi was a nice new addition to the cast of characters, and I loved how sneaky she was in the beginning.

New facets of the intrigue of the Cygnian and Alkeelian conflict came to focus in Big Dicker, and there are so many possible paths for this series to go in! I loved the characters, and I enjoyed the plot and the story very much. Huss is good at bringing a little bit of darkness even to her lighter stories, and I can't wait to see where this story of Harem Station will take me next.

I loved this book, it was funny and sexy.
It was organic how Jimmy and Delphi meet and connected, well maybe not organic ;) but it felt that way.
We meet some key players and you really get a better understanding of this world that the author has created. She keeps you on your toes and the twists you don’t see coming will blow your mind and have you smiling like ‘ahh yes she is an evil genius.’

The Loathsome One and the ships are kinda scary not going to lie, but boy do they make things interesting you never know what is going to happen next. Enter Scary Music here. ;)
Let’s just say the Might Minions Station and being stuck here well it’s gonna cost ya! Haha. Poor Jimmy!

I just enjoyed the ride, this book connects the 2 before it and you can’t help but get sucked in. What will happen next? These ships and the AI’s are they the true players? I want and NEED more!
I can’t even with this book, the action was awesome, and the twist bahaha epic totally a Hussy move.

Don't know, why I thought I could stop reading after 4 hours. This author seems to always have me doing all-nighters. Every moment was awesome.

First, I was like, "This ain't the one for you bro!" Onto an emergency landing at a family amusement park. Quality time leads to a kidnapping. So everything is going according to plan. Until the stations A.I put out a warrant. At least they were able to help out with dismantling a breeding program. Yelp so many parallels to chattel forced servitude. Wait until you hear who sold them out.

Oh Big Dicker was named for the big bear constellation. What can ya say, he was 2 at the time. Whan his mother told him the story.

Wow, this world keeps on building and building. I'm truly loving this genre change Julie is writing and from the past few books I have been reading. Things have started to get twisted with the main plot, so I can't wait to see how it all turns out. I loved how this one was also unpredictable and keeps me guessing.

Definitely read the series in order.

Oh boy! KC Cross/JA Huss really turned up the excitement and action in Big Dicker ! I loved getting Jimmy's story. And just as his name is unique for an Akeelian (no one can pronounce it!) his love story is unique as well. Delphi just "fit" him and it was funny to think they fell in love the "old-fashioned way." Even more exciting than the romance though was the intrigue. Everything from trying to figure out what is going on with Mighty Minions station to the conspiracy to kidnap Jimmy to secrets being kept between Jimmy and his brothers kept me riveted to my kindle. I'm having so much fun with this series and I can't wait to see where the story's going to go from here.

Julie is great at world building, creating characters that readers can’t help but fall in love with, and plot twist in her sexy romance novels, and she delivers again with this hot sexy sci fi. Love what I’ve read and looking forward to reading the next novel in this series.

I never imagined I would enjoy reading Sci-Fi so much! And maybe it has to do with the way that JA Huss is writing it under the pen name KC Cross! It's no secret that she can write the hell out of the sexy times! And Jimmy and Delphi have plenty of sexy times in Big Dicker!

This time around, the action doesn't take place on Harem Station, or even anywhere near it. Jimmy ends up having to make an emergency stop on Mighty Minions Station after his ship, Big Dicker gets a virus that requires her getting some repairs. Mighty Minions Station is like...a super juiced up, demon themed version of Disneyworld, located on a giant space station that can hold millions of people at one time, and all the employees there are reminiscent of the Stepford Wives with their creepy smiles that never go away.

Delphi is following Jimmy with a goal in mind - kidnap him and take him back to the Loathsome One who wants a very specific thing from him. Her plan takes a lot longer to accomplish than she anticipated, and as she gets to know him, she starts feeling things for him she shouldn't feel. And Jimmy, who wants nothing to do with Cygnian princesses at all, even going to the extreme of getting his DNA scrambled up - well he starts feeling things for her too.

Alot of events happen in this installment, but the pacing was just right and as we've been going along in this series the storyline keeps getting more and more complex, with some questions getting answered but even more popping up. There's alot of funny times along the way, but there's a huge buildup towards the end that was serious and scary and had my heart racing with what was going on.

I love the way Jimmy and Delphi's story rolled out. The way they're drawn to each other and mostly the way they fall in love. How they fight to be together against all the odds stacked against them.

I can't wait for the next installment to see what's going to happen next!! Luckily these books are releasing monthly so there's not long to wait.

Received this book from Author for Honest Review
I Give this Book a 4/5 Star Rating.

Heat: 4.5/5
Romance: 4/5
Suspense: 4/5
Drama: 5.5

No Spoilers.
I advise you to read the books in ordered, you can’t read this one without the others.
Really Liked Jimmy pretty much from the Start, and Delphi was surprisingly likable and it was very quickly also.
I was kinda afraid at the beginning this was going to be a fast paced book despite all the chapters, but it was reasonably slow and perfectly paced.
Each book so far has enhanced your view of this universe and I’m loving every bit of it!

Can’t wait for book 4!! I need it in my hands now!!
I completely recommend but must be read in order.

This sci-fi romance is fun, sexy, and intriguing!
The third installment in this series, the story weaves through unexpected twists with parentage and siblings! I love that! Huss/KC Cross has a way of endearing us to our favorite characters, pulling us through their obstacles, and cheering for their HEA.
This one opens up interesting possibilities for the remaining brothers. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Delphi and their rescue team have a host of special people to bring back to the Harem Station. I can’t wait to find out their next adventures. If you start reading, you’ll love this story.

I requested this book from the author and have left my unbiased review.

Narrated by Tad Branson and Anne Pepperidge. Great narration. Still funny, with more depth than I expected based on the punny title, and other sexual references sprinkled throughout the book. The series is a little heavier than I am in the mood for, so I’m not sure I will continue. The writing is very good - it’s me, not you.

Enjoyable

Enjoyed this book but not as much as the first or second book. The loathsome one us loathsome and it felt a bit like the lost boys in Peter Pan. Nice little sci-fi read.

OMG...So This little gem is SO NOT What you will expect...one of her best Mindf*cks in awhile if ya ask me....but I love this kind of stuff and I also love her writing so well it goes hand in hand. And I truly want to Thank You Julie for the EOBS in Booty Hunter 10 times Over!!! Isten I will take him YES!! Gideon will come when its ready!!

SO "JIMMY" LMAO that they cant say the most normal name to me is hilarious. Big Dicker has a ton of LOL moments and then some real Creepy crazy ones of is this Biotch Cruelly or whatever her name is from all the The 101 Dalmation dogs movie because yep she is in the book...believe it you will meet her, different name same Crazy!!!

Might Minions is were this all gets to going down well that is after Jimmy drops Xyla off for her Blue Sands Beach vacation with all her sexbot girlfriends, one he knows she needs and he is heading off to get his DNA booster shot...yeah you need to read what kind of Booster he is getting! Ha!! But he has never gone off before without her, surely he can make it with Big Dicker for 10 days no doubt, right? Hmmm I dunno with his double packin BIG D's!!!

Now Enter Delphi and her crazy ship Queenie and her uh Beebot? Lol Anyways Delphi already thinks Queenie is the meanest ship ever but anyways she is on a mission and its not to find a soul mate nope its to save her brother from a wicked Cruelly if I ever saw one...

Anyways This Is AN Awesome Follow up to Booty Hunter some really LOL moments and GREAT suspense in like all of it, Mighty Minions is so not what I expected nor do I really know exactly what all is happening in that place and its got some awesome AI's working that place ones as good maybe even better than ALCOR Ever Was...well see about that.

Anyways great character and world building I loved seeing other places in this crazy universe. Its got lots of drama, suspense of the best kind of Mindf*cks that we know can always be brought to us via KC Kross aka JA Huss.

I Absolutely LOVED this Book, Jimmy and Delphi are well a breath of fresh air and so unexpected to what happened in the first book...the first day with these two I seriously LMAO!!!
Great job as always, Now get us MORE!!!!

Fun, action, romance

Big Dicker (Harem Station book 3) is packed full of fun, action, and romance. This book is about Jimmy who is one of the outlaw brothers and he just happens to have a name that’s the hardest to pronounce! Jimmy. Say it slowly. No, it’s Jim-eeee! You have to read the book, lol. It had me in stitches.

As with the previous books, a princess is involved. Most of the action takes place at the Mighty Minions Resort, a kid/family friendly kinda creepy fantasyland and like all theme parks, especially when it comes to kids cuz you know they beg for stuff until their parents cave, everything is overpriced but at this one? You have to read the book. It had me in stitches, I kid you not!

Delphi is the princess that catches Jimmy’s eye and at her side is her trusty bot, Flicka, who I adored. She’s on a quest and will stop at nothing to reach her goal which involves capturing Jimmy. (It’s pronounced Jim-eeee, lol)

So with the Mighty Minions (kinda creepy) Resort, the ‘soulmate twist’, and the battle of the spaceships this book left me worn out and heavily sated. I loved loved loved it.

Of course at the very end it’s EOBS (End of Book ‘Stuff). Now this one was so fascinating. To get a glimpse of what JAH was thinking and how she came to create these worlds in her mind, OMG. Thanks Julie for sharing. Wow, just wow!

Sci-Fi romances are new to me but if JA Huss writes it, I will read it. Big Dicker by JA Huss, writing as KC Cross, was fun, steamy and full of surprises. Jimmy has no intentions in finding his soul mate and will do what it takes to avoid it. But when his ship has an emergency, he finds himself on the Mighty Minion Resort. His worst nightmare.

Delphi is a princess that is strong, determined and on a mission. Her mission? Jimmy, but once they meet, they can’t deny what they feel. At the same time, we begin to learn more about this world. Additionally, in true Huss fashion, we get unexpected twists! Excited to see what comes next!

Happy reading!

I loved Mighty Minions Resort. Every interaction had me waiting for the upcharge and cackling to myself. The details the went in to everything were amazing. That said... there will still be unanswered questions and details left oddly vague. it could be nit picked down to a 4* easily but I could easily see myself coming back to this book for the Mighty Minions drama so 5* it stays.

Audio Specific:
Tad Branson is an amazing narrator. He made the story come alive with emotion to such a degree that when it switched to Anne doing Delphi, (who also did a good job) it almost seemed bland if only because she put the normal reading emotion in rather than acting emotion in to the story.

This series keeps getting better and better!!
Big Dicker is a fantastic book, with lots of suspense, humor, steam, romance, action, and the mix of everything you're looking in an amazing, adventurous and original Sci-Fi Romance!

Brilliantly well-written; a world-built so greatly developed that I found myself having fun, while reading and enjoying every minute of it. Jimmy and his Big Dicker had taken me in a wild and fabulous ride, where the story and all the great characters came to life!!

I can't wait for the next book in the Harem Station series!!

What a fun sci-fi adventure!

This series is so fun! Poor Jimmy having a name everyone just love to mis-pronounce cuz you know in the Harem Station world, it’s an unusual name. All he wanted was to NOT find his soulmate but plans have a way of messing up. And Delphi is a badass!
Jimmy and Delphi’s “adventure” on Mighty Minions Resort was hilarious. It reminds me why I rarely go to Disneyland even though it’s just a 15 min. drive down the street. I feel for Jimmy. LOL!
Anyways, this is another fun read and I can’t wait for Luck and Nyleena’s story next.

I love this universe!

I never thought I'd read and enjoy sci-fi but as Julie says in the EOBS, it's not hard core sci-fi, more of a romance with different types of people. When Jimmy is lured into the Mighty Minions Station it's the last place he wants to be. He doesn't like the kids and especially the high prices. But when Delphi finally catches up with him, things change. Loved the book and can't wait to read more!

I love this book and the series! JA Huss anything you write is fantastic! This book is so fun and sexy. I totally didn't see that twist coming, but I loved it. I can't wait for the rest of the series! I didnt know how I would feel about sci fi romance but now I know I love it. This book was great, the mis pronouncing of Jimmy had me crying I was laughing so hard. I can't say enough good things, go read this series!

Loved it from beginning to end!

I throughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end. The experience of the Mighty Minions resort was very well written and I could definitely envision it. I really connected to this book and the characters. I was a little concerned going in because I didn't really connect to the story and characters in Booty Hunter. Big Dicker I loved!

Can't wait to see where it goes next.

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Sweet hell

I'm not sure how many ways I can say I love this author. How her mind works fascinates me and scares me. She's got some twists in this story. Plus ones in sure I missed and won't even catch until the very end of the series when I have that "holy crap" moment. It happens every time.

Highly recommend. Put aside the notion of this being normal sci-fi romance. This is from the mind of JA Huss, there is nothing typical about her mind.

Even though this series is labeled SciFi, there are so many instance/events that truly relate to human behavior in real life, you can't help but know this author is poking fun.

Crazy chaos with children in theme parks and a "live your own life" message, make this installment of KC Cross' Harem Station series a total entertainment winner!

This series should definitely be read in order and I highly recommend this series for anyone looking for some laugh-out-loud fun <3

World building - wow

This is the second story in the series (not counting the prequel) but the first I am reviewing. JA Huss is a master story teller and Sci-fi world builder. It's a romance and so much more! Descriptive without being wordy, s*xy, intriguing and mysterious. The characters are engaging, you feel like you know them - even the artificial ones. If you love well written romantic sci-fi, you can't go wrong with the Harem Station series.

This sci-fi romance space opera is really, really funny! I like my sci-fi wacky, weird and creative. This world fits the bill.

The borderline erotica sex is not unsurprising based on the covers, but I think it detracts from a pretty clever plot revolving around a very mysterious and powerful AI running the Harem Station. I like where the story is going and am super curious about Mighty station AI too.

I felt Jimmy and Delphi's Annoyance

Mighty Minions sounded like pure hell to me because it reminded me of Disney World. The happiest place and me don't mix. Poor Jimmy and his hard to pronounce name. I definitely recommend Big Dicker if you want to escape to another world for a couple hours.

This is my favourite book in this series so far, and I loved the others! This one was funny, and sweet, and different from the others in so many good ways. The Mighty Minions station was hilarious and as always, there's a little bit of mystery and a bigger overall story to look forward to. Thoroughly enjoyed it and grabbing the next one the second it's released. :)
