It's a book about how to do visual gestures. Though, while I thoroughly enjoyed the first informative part of the book, the exercises personally, weren't any helpful for me. They may be fun warm up games, but I don't see them help me improve my teaching skills and personae. It did, however, listed a couple of interesting other books to read that may be more what I was looking for.
