Coffee Conversations: Tolerance: Tolerant Christian

Rate this book
The thing I hate about intolerance is not the action, but the message it sends. When someone is intolerant towards you, it feels like rejection. Rejection is never pleasant, but being rejected by those who follow Christ is worse! We all love Christ and want to share the good news! People expect Christians to be loving, so when you reject someone with your judgement they may equate that to being rejected by Christ Himself.
How would you feel if your family rejected you, you’d be hurt. We all came from Adam and Eve, therefore we are family! Did Jesus reject anyone? No, instead he accepted those that society shunned. If Jesus was alive today who would he be friends with? Would you follow Him and believe in his message or would you be a Pharisee?
