The III International Laity Congress, held from 4 to 10 October 2018 in Fatima, voted more than 70 proposals that led to the modification of the Rule and the reorganization of the legislative body of the laity with new General Declarations - which cancel and replace the previous ones - and the need to update the National and Provincial Directors. In these Acts there are the official texts of the Interventions at the Congress, the voted proposals, the Letters of the Master, the Decrees Approval, the indications of fr Rui Carlos Antunes and Almeida Lopes op, promoter general of the laity.
