Concise book, outlining what consent is, and what does not constitute consent. It also goes into just how or why the consent laws are long-out-of date, and how it is that a judge or jury has no problem understanding consent when it applies to turning over property - differentiating gift, sale, and theft, and seems to have huge problems differentiating sex from rape or sexual assault, sexual misconduct, or other illegal sexual acts. It goes into the deficits that police departments have dealing with rape victims and investigating rapes.
